I randomly walk in Carters...not planning on buying anything but just browsing. Once I took 2 steps inside the store, one associate welcomed me into the store and asked if there was anything I was looking for. I said that I was just browsing. She pointed to the new arrivals, showed me the clearance sections and said if I needed any help to freely ask for it. While I walked around, each associate made eye contact and said hi then asked if I needed any help. Some retail stores these days have associates just saying hi but there was no eye contact just robotic phrases...but not at this store. Every associate genuinely said hi and was willing to help. It felt great. I was able to find 2 fleece pants on clearance for $3.50 each and took it to the register. The manager Lisa (who was also the same person that welcomed me right when I walked it) asked if I found everything okay and rang up my $7 purchase as if I was buying a $500 purchase. I remembered that I did want to look at Skip Hops Weekender Bag in person. Asked Lisa causeI didn't see it in the store. She quickly knew right away that there may be one in the back. She asked her team to grab it and I looooooooved it. So I grab 2 since it was on clearance. Overall, the team at the store is the nicest and most genuine in helping customers. It's a little far more me to visit this store but their customer service really wow'd me and I won't mind making the drive. I don't know which employee the one star reviewers are experiencing, I don't really even know how you can give a store like Carters 1 star in general lol, but I've never had a bad experience. Every time I've come purchase items their selection is very good, I can always find something for any kid, the prices are unusually low for 2026, and I've had great service each time. Even if one employee was a bad apple that doesn't deter from all the other excellent things carters has to offer. read more

OHHH my goodness, I always see this shop, never thought I would become a frequent flyer at this store! Since finding out I was prego with a little girl earlier this year, every time I go Whole Foods, I would always make a pit stop to check out all the cute little thing they have available here. I purchased so much Carter items, my baby girl can be a Carter baby model now. I recommend getting into their reward program, so you get credit for your purchases which later on you can use as discount for future purchases. Store is always super clean and organized, staff is always friendly, nice and super helpful. Items are always stocked, so when you see something cute, you can find it in other sizes. What I love most is that I can buy stuff online and arrange for in store pick up, they also offer curbside pick up too! I like this store since it is well organized and has a lot of selections. It is in the same plaza as H&R Block, Verizon, Marshalls. It has a shared parking lot,but parking is always available. It is not my first time here, I have shopped here many times for my niece/nephew. They have me wrapped around their little fingers. I am their slave and sugar mama. My wallet is always open for these munchkins On my previous visits, the customer service was superior. They had a lot of customers and still manage to help you. Last night, I came here ready to spend tons of money. I see a lot of things I would like to buy. The store was not busy when I arrived. I see two female staff working. They were not friendly. They never say hello. They never offered to help. They walked by me few times as I don't exist.There were no one at the store but me. The Carter's is awesome. Their clothing itself is by far the best for baby clothes. If you have a baby or kid, or need to get a gift for someone's baby, you MUST come to the Carter's store. If you ever receive a gift that you don't need, you can exchange it for credit to shop in the store (same day). I always end up finding fun outfits for the clothing size I need. They always have sales and promotions too. It's also super convenient to have your receipts emailed instead of printed (helps my mommy brain)! The store itself is in the same shopping complex as Sears, Home Goods, Marshall's, and Corner Bakery. There's always plenty of parking. read more

Don't waste your time shopping g at this store. The staff there is extremely rude and unhelpful. Customer service is abysmal. I went here several months ago, with my baby girl. It was the absolute worst retail experience ever! I had bought a few items on clearance. The cashier lady was appalling. The nastiest attitude. Just truly disgusting. To summarize, I bought around $70 worth of stuff. I got to my car with my baby girl, and we turned right around and went back into the store to immediately return everything single item. They had treated us so bad, that certainly didn't deserve one red cent of my hard earned money. So I got a full refund, left the bag on the counter and vowed to NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! Customers should be treated with respect. Since this wasn't the case, I also called the corporate office and file a complaint against this particular store. Poor service when you return items! They always give bad service when I try to return an item. They allowed exchange few times previously when there was no tag but kids just tried it on for one time. Today the lady wouldn't let me exchange a new shirt for a bigger size cuz the tag was gone. If I knew exchange is not possible I probably wouldn't have tried it on. This Carter's store is not as big as the one at the Citadel Outlets in Commerce but I am glad they have one here at least so it is convenient to pick up online orders or return items from online orders. Their selection is on the limited size and they usually don't have much of a clearance section. This location is also not as busy so I usually don't have to wait in line for too long. The customer service experience is about that same as the other Carter's stores I've been too...not any better and not any worse. The associates don't offer to help and looks like they like to hang out at the cash register even if there's so customers to ring up. read more

The only Carter's store in the area. It was a lot larger then I expected. Well organized and pretty clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to do returns and exchanges here if you order online. I like that the store was divided in half, boy and girl on each side. read more

Carter's is yet another reason why I always seem to be in Pasadena, even though I don't live in Pasadena. The only other Carter's store that I know is at Citadel and that location might have good prices simply because it's an outlet, but today the entire store was 50% off! The store is well laid out with boy's clothing on 1 side & girl's clothing on the other Even though we initially stopped in just to get bibs, we ended up getting a ton of stuff. Carter's has such cute & thoughtful designs, and so far we've never had their clothing fall apart or fade in the wash. The store is a tad small, but who cares? It's in Pasadena! So convenient! Maybe you can get discounted Carter's stuff at Costco (I've seen it a few times there) or Target, this is a fantastic addition to the area. I'm sure this store will do well & attract tons of moms & dads. read more

My parents, both over the age of 65, decided to take their three granddaughters (two under the age of two years - not twins) to this Carter's location yesterday afternoon.Very brave of them. After paying for the items, my mother asked the sales associate who attended her where the bathroom was located. The sales associate told her "we don't have a bathroom." I have been to this location four times and have used the bathroom for myself and diaper changes on two of those occassions. Changing table access is VITAL with babies/toddlers anywhere you go. I made sure to share this information with my parents. Luckily, my parents drove and were together so they could help one another with the two diaper changes. I called the store that evening after closing and confirmed there is a bathroom and changing table for customer use. I have had wonderful customer service at this location. I would rate it 5 stars. I am upset that the sales associate would not give my mother correct information about bathroom access. What if she was alone with the two babies or does not have access to a vehicle. I write this review as a cautionary tale to other individuals who visit the store. read more

NOT MOM-FRIENDLY! I love Carter's for their cute designs and great value. You can get a pack of basics here for a good price and fun holiday-themed outfits that are more if an impulse buy. This store itself is very very hard to shop in! It is not mom-friendly at all. The spaces between displays are not wide enough to fit a standard stroller. My stroller is not very big and it was constantly getting caught in the displays. After wrestling with the racks, the baby is understandably fussy, so I would like to feed him. There aren't any chairs in the store to sit in! Say you have to nurse or bottle-feed your baby. You have to stand. I am not asking for much. Just a little more of a comfortable shopping environment when you are shopping with a baby in a store that sells baby clothes!! It seems like a no-brainer but it appears that the designers of the store have no clue on the needs of a mom. They must have designed the store for pregnant women, or friends and family of a baby and not the mom or parent who bring a baby! Also they are short-staffed. With a busy flow of guests, there were only one or two sales gals on the floor. With how much $$$ I drop here, I would like to see the store improve the level of comfort offered to their guests. read more

I usually do not review clothes stores, but after reading some of the comments I just want to say that this is the closest Carters to me and so I go here to do pick ups or check out the sale section and I have always been met with courteous staff whether I have a question on the floor or at the cashier. Hopefully I do not encounter a rude staff member in the future, but so far so good! I did take one star off though because sometimes they seem a little disorganized with pick up items, but never rude. read more

I love the clothing at Carters and they seem to always have the 40% off sale any time I go. The sales staff is really nice and helpful. My only beef with the company is that we live in So Cal and it is 95* in Oct. I am not interested in their winter collection. Sunglasses are "out of season" and will not be available till spring. Are You Kidding Me! This is So Cal where it is always hot and sunny. The company policy to not sell items because of the season is ridiculous and a serious missed opportunity for them. Had I not received a catalog I would've never known about this store. It's a pretty good sized store. A lot of stuff on clearance so was able to snag quite a bit of stuff for my son. And plus got $10 reward for every $50 I spent. I have to agree with Sang P.'s review. The store is not set up to accomodate moms or dads that bring babies with them. read more

I've been waiting for carters to re open due to covid19 I had some returns to make and wanted to in store shop got clothes for my baby girl and felt like it was a safe enough small store that I can take my baby of 8 months When I arrived I saw a line formed and the new policy of "one in and one out" I totally get it with Eveything that's going on, but I saw only one register open 3 people in line and one worker standing by the door letting people in, after waiting 10 minutes I got frustrated and asked why isn't there another cashier? The lady at the door said she was going on break, ok I totally get it but there's no need for an employee to stand at the door to let one family in at a time we are adults we understand the rules i think it would be more helpful if she would work the register than walk over to the door to let someone in yes it might be a lot of walking back in forth but come one waiting n like for 10-15 minutes just because there's one register open at a time is ridiculous as a mom with a baby it's hard enough finding the time to go shopping and if we do having to take the baby can be hard at times so even a 15 minute wait makes all the difference I hope carters will re think the ways there doing things or hire more people to run the register read more

I have to stay that I was shocked when I came into this location last night. The store was so dirty. The selves haven't been dusted in months and the floors were just awful. I couldn't believe how much product was shoved into the racks. I just couldn't shop without out knocking over stacks for clothes. There needs to be standards for this store. Love this store and its location but hate the people who work there (except for one guy). Horrible customer service, rude, not helpful whatsoever, they don't know where things are located at the store, no idea about offers and rewards. I have a newborn so I got there a lot lately. Two incidents in two consecutive weeks: 1. Found some shorts online and went to the store to see it they had them.. went straight to the women working there since I was in a hurry. Showed her the picture and she pointed at where i should find them. Took me 15 mins to go through the entire rack and the things around it and when i asked again she said they didnt carry them. Went to pay for another item i was buying and found the shorts right in front of the register!!!!! 2. Was buying things as well as a gift for someone. Took everything to the register, asked for 2 separate bags and a gift receipt and she ended up putting everything in one bag and on one receipt! I am writing this review because I received great customer service. I went in with the purpose of buying a gift but instead I ended up buying a lot of clothes for my daughter as well. The store had great deals more than usual. I was very impressed. The lady that helped me I believe her name was Toi according to my receipt. I hope that's her name. She went above and beyond in helping me. She took her time explaining the rewards policy and made my experience smooth in the process of applying for a credit card. I'm so glad they added something useful to this shopping center. I'm such a fan of Carter's because of their prices, quality, and slim cut sizes for long and lanky kids. The parking is a hit or miss so try and go in the early morning because the afternoon is crazy. read more

I went ahead and returned a gift that was given to me for my daughter and was given store credit. When I went back to use the store credit it has a zero balance. I let the cashier (Dora) know that and she got very defensive and said i must have use it and forgot. She is also the one that issued the credit. So I went back the second time and a guy named Brandon was very helpful and said he would call. Also while I was there another customer happen to have the same issue. So he called today and said the gift card was used on line in December. Funny thing is I don't shop on line! Just left a message for the credit dept. at Carter's to see what is going on. The clothes are super cute and sometimes they have really good sales going on and that's nice. The store is pretty small, and if you don't have a thin lightweight stroller you're gonna have issues.
