Take a look at the "retail" prices on this stuff. It's a damn joke. Sweaters are $50! Dresses are $60! I think the prices of "outlet" stuff is HIGHER than their regular mall stores. And the material is cheap cheap cheap! Cheesecloth tops! Acrylic sweaters that will pill if you look at them the wrong way. That said, I was there this weekend and they had some really cute stuff for fall. I haven't seen cute stuff in this store since 2008. Must...resist! The customer service is fine -- even if the line to checkout looks overwhelming, don't worry - there's always enough registers open that it moves very fast.

I scour the clearance racks, which are always full of good deals, and can usually score enough clothes for a full season for around $200. It's also extremely organized. Men's section in the front left, boys behind that, and toddler/baby in the back. Women's section in the front right, girls behind that, etc. It couldn't get any easier! I've never had any issues with this store appearing dirty (and I usually go around 7pm when it's seen a full days worth of people). The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

For example, Columbia quilted vests so thin you can see through them. Supposedly the retail is $120-$150, so your bargain outlet price is $60-$75. My Lands End outerwear-weight vest retailed for less. Cinnabon store that had no cinnamon rolls. They said someone came in and bought all the packs of rolls, and they didn't make any more. The only store worthwhile was the Crocs store. Friendly staff, unbelievable selection and accessories, honest prices.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. I was greeted at the door and was offed assistance multiple times while I shopped but it never felt pushy. It is beautifully organized by size and color but because it is an outlet they don't have all the options in all sizes. They also seem to have more choices in the XS and XL because they most likely didn't sell well in the stores. I don't mind because most items are $10 - $30+ off depending on the item. They may have some things in seasonal prints, but most are timeless solid colors. They seem to have every category represented in the women's and men's sections. It's great for discounted winter jackets off-season. You can get free tailoring through the store and even if you want to change leggings into capris you can. I have even heard you can get the tiny holographic Lulu logo placed lower on the leg instead of just having it on the lower back.
