I love a good outlet mall but in my opinion, it is complete until it has a Lululemon included. The store can be found in the strip mall of Albertville Mall. The staff here are incredibly friendly. I was greeted at the door and was offed assistance multiple times while I shopped but it never felt pushy. It is beautifully organized by size and color but because it is an outlet they don't have all the options in all sizes. They also seem to have more choices in the XS and XL because they most likely didn't sell well in the stores. I don't mind because most items are $10 - $30+ off depending on the item. They may have some things in seasonal prints, but most are timeless solid colors. They seem to have every category represented in the women's and men's sections. It's great for discounted winter jackets off-season. You can get free tailoring through the store and even if you want to change leggings into capris you can. I have even heard you can get the tiny holographic Lulu logo placed lower on the leg instead of just having it on the lower back. read more

I'm always excited when I get to stop at the Lululemon outlet ~40 minutes from Minneapolis. Back to school time is very busy for this store. There was still a good selection of styles and colors available. I did get a pair of leggings for $29 - bright colored. Although most items are only $5-10 off. They don't carry a lot of the staple items (ie black leggings). It's more bright colors and patterns. It's fun to stop by to see what they have. read more

There were tons of Lululemon clad women hustling around putting things back on hangers, smiling at us, helping us with sizes. This is really well run operation and the people seemed to love their jobs. My 16-year-old has wanted Lululemon for a while and I was like-- $120 for leggings? I don't think so. But this is an actual outlet so she got a longsleeved shirt and leggings and the total for both was $88. The dressing rooms were fully available and fully sanitized between each person. They also have an online "waiting to get in the store" app, so we checked in and the wait was about an hour and a half but we were free to wander about other stores until our slot was available. There has to be a way to communicate the wait list and sign up. Customers drive from far away to visit the Lululemon outlet, and are turned away because the list to visit is full. After repeated attempts to call (it goes to voicemail), search for waitlist info on the site and live chat with a customer service rep, I'm bamboozled on how to visit this store. Really bad customer service. A brand of this caliber should do better. read more

** Decreasing to 4 stars since there has been 2 different days where collectively I have tried to call over 25 times and got one response ** Of all the lulu outlets I have been to which is about 5, this is the best I've experienced in terms of sales. I think it's always a hit or miss depending on the current sale but they had a 4 for $100 sale on a ton of items. I got 3 1/4 zips that we're regularly 108 each and a nice hoodie that was regularly 118 all for $25 each. I've seen the exact same items in my local lulu lemon store so it's crazy to get them for that price. The inventory was lacking for the Men's Medium in that sale but that's to be expected because the men's section is smaller than women's and medium is a popular size. The store itself was super organized and everyone was super friendly. Everyone was willing to help and get me new sizes when needed. Will definitely make another trip out here when I need more items and hopefully will get a good sale! read more

Great selection of product including my favorite wonder under crops! Love the friendly staff as well. The sizes can be tricky, lots of size 10 and 12 pieces. You really have to search but I found a good selection of bottoms in size 6. The tops are also the same way...lots of bigger sizes. I noticed that the prints on the items are from last season but I don't mind a bit. Prices were reduced anywhere between 25-40%. A little disappointed that they didn't have more selection of bags. My husband also noticed there was not a lot of size mediums but he did find shorts and a jacket. I found two crops and a tank that I absolutely loved! I will be back! read more

I've got to say, I walked in, looked for a bit and left. There is something about the store that just doesn't do it for me. The prices aren't that great for being an outlet and the feel of the place is a bit depressing. The sizing and styles were off. I was a bit sad about it. read more

Unlike other reviews I found almost nothing in the larger sizes. It was overwhelmingly 4 and 6 sizes even when they had 30 of an item. Most of what they sell is the same "we made too much" you can find online. Occasionally they'll have it at an additional markdown. It's the kind of place you'd need to pop in regularly too see if they have a deal but not worth traveling to unless your in the area. read more

The store was filled with nothing but Final Price/We Made Too Much Lulu items. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The ladies w ere helpful in suggesting specific material based on my Boot Camp workout.After browsing around and trying on some items, I was on the fence about the Hop To It Crop. I was on the fence because I already own a pair in black and told myself to not purchase a style that I currently own...so after walking around with it in hand, my final decision was to place it back for some other kid-like in Lulu store to purchase and add to their wardrobe. Unsure if I would go out of my way to drive here again in th future, unless I was in the neighborhood. I am better off daily stalking Lulu's We Made Too Much inventory online. Previous reviews seem to be accurate about majority of their inventory are in larger sizes of 8 and up. read more

First off, I'm ENTIRELY GRATEFUL this place is here -- we are tremendously lucky to have a Lululemon outlet in our area, as there are very few anywhere in the world (I believe there are less than 10...maybe less than 5). I do like coming here and I've been here about 10x since they've opened. This is a TRUE outlet - meaning, they're not like Banana Republic Factory store in that they're making stuff FOR the outlet. This is RETAIL LLL that did not sell well at full price. That said, there are things you need to know about this store before you decide if it's worth a trip (I am lucky in that I live only a 15 minute drive from the outlet, so it's always "worth it" for me.) 1.) The dressing room situation is horrible. There's like 3 dressing rooms and that's it. This store is INSANELY popular and packed on the weekends. The line just grows and grows and grows - I've seen the dressing room line nearly reach the front of the store. Everyone wants to try stuff on and that's COMPLETELY understandable as all sales are final. People bring in ARMLOADS of clothing to try on because once you FINALLY get to that dressing room, you can't really go back out and shop some more because otherwise you are going to wait in line again for a half hour. They need to take care of this dressing room situation FAST. 2.) The prices aren't that great. I typically can find better prices on LLL.com on the WMTM section. Prices here are like $10 less than retail. That's not a deal, but if you're looking for some rare item, or some items that NEVER seem to go on sale (like Pacesetter skirts or Run Swiftly T's), you might be able to find them here for a couple bucks off retail. I lucked out and found a PaceSetter in my size and was thrilled. 3.) No headbands. If you come here hoping to find them, you won't. 4.) Most of this stuff is here for a reason. There is a REASON why you don't find a ton of headbands, Scuba Hoodies, Pace Setter Skirts, etc. here. You will find all LLL's "duds" - this is where the items that doesn't sell from WMTM online go to die. Sometimes though, I have *liked* LLL's "duds" and found some stuff that *I* like that most LLL fans don't. It all depends on your tastes. 5.) Poor, poor selection in size 2 and 4 but amazing selection in size 10-12. But again, remember that this is a TRUE outlet in that they are not making this clothing FOR the outlet. It's stuff that didn't sell well. 6.) They let stuff rot on the racks. Like, they NEVER mark stuff down below the price you see on the tag. We're now in Spring and they are still selling heavy winter jackets, down scarves and other assorted winter "stuff". So, in other words, they're not turning around the inventory very fast. Stuff that was here in early January is STILL here in late March, and STILL marked at the same price. 7.) Look over your clothing carefully because stuff gets shop-worn fast (and no, they do not discount the stuff even if it has dirt marks all over it and it's the only one in your size.) You will still dirty stuff in the store. 8.) Credit cards only. No cash. 9.) Staff members are VERY nice. They are not snobby or stuck up like the staff at the St. Louis Park store. read more

I live quite far from Albertville, so I've only been to this outlet once. I am a devoted Lululemon fan, so this is the first time I've felt the desire to go to Albertville in probably 10 years. Two fellow Lulu junkie friends and I took a road trip there in January, with hopes of stocking up on bargains. The Good: --If you are a guy, you've got it made. The men's selection here is very nice, and the markdowns are good. I got a men's hoodie that was marked from $128 down to $34. --The staff is very friendly. --Whenever I go to a Lululemon store, I always make a beeline for the clearance rack, so it was fun to know that everything in this store is on sale! The Bad: --The ambiance in here is pretty depressing--almost institutional. Concrete floor, plain white walls, and changing rooms with fabric curtains for doors. I know that it's just a temporary space, so they're probably restricted on what they can do with the decor. At the same time, I wish they'd do something to make it a little more inviting. --The markdowns are adequate, but not super exciting. The Ugly: --The clothes are, by and large, "off." They're either an odd print, an unflattering silhouette, uncomfortable, or the wrong season. Like I said, we went in January, and all of the "bottoms" were either shorts or drop-crotch/harem pants. There were no sweatpants, and no track pants. I do not recall seeing any "staples" here--Groove pants, wunder unders, etc. I think I saw one Cool Racerback, but it was a size 2. --The fitting room situation is very frustrating (unless they've remedied it and added more since I was there). Be prepared to wait. (and be prepared to flash someone... the curtains are just wide enough to cover the entrance to the changing stall, and when staff members walk by briskly, the breeze blows the curtains out of place!) Even before the "see through Luon" problem, I'd always do a down dog in Lululemon fitting rooms, to make sure everything stays where it should. I couldn't do that in these fitting rooms, both because of the small size and because of the curtain issue. I don't want to slam this place too much, because despite its shortcomings, I am still really stoked that there is a Lulu Outlet here (at least for the time being). My haul from my trip was a pair of running shorts, a sports bra, and a hot yoga tank. I've worn them all and am very pleased with them. It is my hope that the outlet will stick around, and that they'll be able to spruce the space up. I would definitely pay occasional visits. read more

Outlet offers decent prices and better selection than most lulu stores. While the prices are comparable to the sale prices in the store or online there is a pretty good selection of sizes and styles to look over. Sometimes items are marked down to a better price (i.e. shorts or tanks are 2 for $50). Staff are very helpful and friendly too. read more

Great if you are XXL or Small - otherwise don't bother. When you walk in the store the staff is very friendly, but I think they should take a look at you and if you need a medium or large size, they should just tell you to not bother looking, you won't find one item in that size. I wouldn't go out of my way for this store, but if you are to the Albertville mall anyway, it is worth a quick check to see if you can find your size. Prices aren't discounted as much as expected, maybe that's why the store is packed with stuff! read more

Horrid jumble of over priced underwear that doubles as a night club. When I asked for help in finding an item and the employee responded that things are " so messed up she didn't even know where things were." there are not enough cashiers it took over 10 minutes to check out with only one person checking people out. I'm pretty sure the DJ didn't want to be bothered to help customers. I'd understand this if it were a Saturday because some things just can't be helped but this is a week night. read more
