Whereas in the past, the merchandise was way over cluttered and stuffed around everywhere, this visit allowed customers to maneuver around the merchandise and other customers and actually find items. While the number of dressing rooms is quite disappointing for this size a store, there was no one waiting the day I went. I appreciated the assistance, but I could have done without the snip of the attendant barking at people to hang their items back up and bring out what they don't want. I get it because i don't like the crazy messes either, but she was a bit abrasive and offsetting. Everyone other person I encountered more than made up for her, so I'm chalking that up to a bad day or maybe working in the changing rooms is punishment. I like the way they have redone the checkout line - they have gone the way of Marshalls and TJ Maxx and have one line with several cashiers. There were enough staff there so the line moved quickly. Everyone also got a free bottle of hand sanitizer, so that was a little bonus (remember when they gouged us for $5 per tiny bottle?) I hope this wasn't a one-time experience, and future visits will be just as pleasant. I have to compliment them for the good experience on this visit.

We all agreed that the fabric swatches looked perfect together IN the store, but once it arrived, the color of the chair looked completely different and it clashed with the couch. It was a "special order" so I realize it was supposed to be "non-refundable," but since the salesman that worked with me in the store helped me with coordinating the fabrics, AND agreed with me that it didn't look the same next to my couch in the living room, I thought they would offer me some type of solution since I was devastated. Instead, I was told that he would talk to his boss to "see what he could do" and after a week, he called to tell me his boss said "tough luck" and his advice was to change the lightbulbs in our living room. They could easily put it on their floor and sell it if they really wanted to help me out, but I guess they didn't care. I wasn't asking for a refund, but just a credit for another chair from their store. I thought they were well known for customer satisfaction, but not in my case. UPDATE- The manager kindly called me first thing this morning to apologize about the situation and offered me a solution/exchange for the chair. He agreed that they are committed to customer satisfaction. I am pleased now and I am still very happy with the couch i purchased.
