Googled to see store opens at 11:30. Return at 11:30 to find two more groups waiting for them to open. Two more employees show up. At 11:33, seemingly a manager arrived to open the gate. We asked what time they opened and she said noon. I said that Google still says 11:30 and it would be helpful if that was updated. She rudely says it's a staffing issue, nodding her head, and with a brash tone (dismissive manner) and repeated it's a staffing issue. As a former Limited Brands manager, seeing four employees in a store this size and them not open: something does not make sense. This will be our second time here this week and we've spent close to $250. Next time, we will drive west for 20 minutes and go to Slidell.

So, when we found out there was one on the way home from a little day trip, we just had to stop! The kids loved it! They have sections for phone/tablet accessories, room decor, novelty t shirts, toys, candy 10/$1, beauty items, pet items, gardening, workout gear, novelty prank items, and so much more! We bought a cute chalkboard easel, some phone accessories, new orange Vanilla Coke, a cockroach and a tiny white mouse on wheels (might have been a mistake...just waiting on my son to scare me to death with them) and I don't know what else. The kids are already planning on the next trip to another five below... it's pretty much our new favorite thing!
