I think I was just hitting it at weird times, because the other day when I went, there was plenty to choose from. Connie immediately spotted me, and helped me find my size, as well as other items I might like. Some of my favorite lines here are Johnny Was, Prairie Underground and Michael Stars. I purchased a long black dress that will work great for many occasions and seasons, an a beautiful printed scarf to make it a little more spring-y. I'm delighted to know they carry Prairie Underground and look forward to stopping in more often to see new seasonal items.

Upon entering this establishment you're greeted by workers who usually tell you the sales they have…read moregoing on. Every time I have went to this one, they never greet me (everyone else that comes in behind me but not me). The big girl they have working the front door is the rudest heifer alive, gives you hateful looks throughout the whole entire store. I waited for an employee to check me out for a good minute or two wasn't a big deal I was looking at all the trial sizes they had by the register. An employee was walking up (the big girl heifer) I told her that I was ready to be checked out to which she glared at me like I was putting her out to do her job, she radio for some help and then glared at me some more and walked away. I was trying to see her name tag to call her out on here because she really needs to learn some customer service skills! She has long brown hair, white and plus size. Maybe get her some extra training with customers because she is lacking in that department!

My mom loves Hallmark and would probably give this place 5 stars. She comes here all the time…read more Today is her birthday, so I wanted to do something special for her that she would love, but what to get? Then...it hit me. Get her a gift card to Hallmark and let her pick out whatever she wanted. The staff was nice and quickly grabbed a card to ring up for me. Suddenly, it was like I stepped into the twilight zone?!?! First, the only accepted cash for GC's. Who does that? Luckily, I overcame this because I had $50 on me (for the first time in forever). Then, the young lady at the counter couldn't seem to get it to ring up. She was nice, but clearly struggling with the machine. Three trips to the back later, a co-worker emerges and has even less luck. They called a co-worker...no help. Their boss calls...no help. They even called Hallmarks 1-800 number and still nothing! WTH?!?! I wasted 45 min and left empty handed, and now no time to get anything else. Stinks! Despite them being kind, I just can't rate this store any higher because my visit was a complete and utter failure. Hope my mom likes cash for her birthday!

They're there to greet you when you walk through the door, and they're all busy either organizing or helping customers find what they need. It's clear that they're trained to know that taking care of customers is what affects the bottom line, which in turn affects their own payscale. Service-with-a-smile would be a great way to define this store. In addition, if you can catch this place during sales, you'll get a great value for your money. I think we may have just clothed our two teens for the next 6 months for a moderate amount of cash.

Ironically I stopped in yesterday to pick up some supplies for my homemade Ruth Bader Ginsburg Halloween costume. I had two gift cards so I also though I'd look at decor, can you ever have enough Halloween decorations? I was surprised that most Halloween/Fall stuff was 50% off and sparse. They had more Christmas stuff out than for the two upcoming holidays, I can't say I'm a fan of that. I had my own 25% off my entire purchase including sale so Halloween stuff was 75% off for me! Unfortunately I only walked out with a craft pumpkin for decorations, but I got lots of other stuff! I'm signed up for the text message coupons, they are sometimes annoying yet days like yesterday they sent an amazing coupon a few hours before I was stopping by. This is my go-to for craft supplies and I will be back, closer to December, to see the Christmas decor. Maybe it will be the stuff on sale by then!
