We found primo parking and stepped into a bustling boutique full of lovely gifts, clothing for babies and little ones and women's clothing, shoes and accessories. A lot of the stuff is just not exactly my style - like the large selection of Brighton - a trend that seems to hang on pretty hard in central Oklahoma, same for all the Miss Me. But I was pleased to see a huge selection of Tom's shoes, fun and trendy dresses, blouses and skirts, as well as pajamas, robes, and lots of jewelry that I would wear. A lovely woman helped us as we tried to track down Tom's for me to wear under my wedding dress. Everyone in the shop was the right blend of helpful without even a hint of pushiness. They keep track of what it is you're looking for and place a courtesy call when your order comes in. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The guy was nice but after waiting for 45 minutes to replace a battery the watch was given to me…read moremessed up. It looked good by glancing at. Trusted that he knew what he was doing. Didn't realize that my $400 waterproof watch wasn't put back together correctly. The rubber washer was pinched when he closed it. Not sure how he didn't see this when he was looking at it with his magnifying glasses he wears. So had to order new rubber washers and fix it myself. Now after 2 months the batteries quit working.
