We were a little confused but walked in. I pulled up the add and asked an employee about the add that said 3 wick candles for $9.99. She said "Oh, we sold out of the 3 wick! BUT we have the 1 wick candles 2 for $20!" Now while she was extremely upbeat with the way she said it, I couldn't help but feel a little insulted that it seemed she thought I wouldn't notice that they were actually offering 1 wick candles for the same price as the 3 wick and thought maybe I would be excited about that. My boyfriends daughter asked about the sweater weather scent and was told they didn't have it but was offered mahogany balsam as a replacement. Not even close to the same scent. We left without buying anything. B&BW might want to think about either lowering the limit of how many of an item can be bought during a sale or order enough to fill the demand so that so many people do not get left out. And maybe if there is not enough product, don't offer a lesser value item at the same price and try to make it sound like a deal.
