My recent experience in this store was absolutely the worst. I spent $600+ ordering dresses for a…read morewedding. One of the dress was clearly the incorrect size so I decided to take my daughter to the store to pick out another dress. The lady at the store was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She made it seem that it was the dress company and my fault. It was the only dress that had missing tags cut off the dress. Even made a statement about my daughter's size in front of my daughter. She lied about the dress size ordered being inaccurate. Then went on to saying I placed the order for the wrong size dress, and she would give me my money back. God knows if I had all the merchandise purchased, I would have taken all my money back and walked out. However, I only had the items I was exchanging with me so I decided that I would suck it up and continue to find another dress and then never step foot in that store again. Instead of her trying to help a customer who just spent $600 in her store there was absolutely no customer service given. NONE!! I immediately began looking for another dress in the size I originally ordered. The dress given was half the size of what I found. Thank God I did find a dress in the correct size needed. When I was leaving, I told her thank you and so she knows that I would never spend another dime in that store ever again. She had the audacity to say, "Good, you were the absolute worst customer I ever had." I laughed and walked out. She clearly did not say have a problem the two times I was in there prior to this incident spending my money ordering and picking up my order while buying shoes etc. Ladies please I beg you please find another store to shop in for your kids. This is not a store for your beautiful daughters to shop. I am burning up inside right now because I want all my money back. I know I would have to put up another argument to go back to that store so, I am avoiding it. This woman does not care about our beautiful little girls we want to dress in those beautiful dresses. She is RUDE and should not run a business like this for kids. God knows if I ever find a way to open a store like SOPHISTIKIDS, I will locate it right across from this one and sell all the dresses at a fraction of her cost just to put her out of business.

No one helps you pick out dresses and The manager/Sales Representative Sophie was extremely unprofessional, rude and does not know how to talk to customers. On 3 occasions she was extremely unbearable, and for this I will no long be shopping at this store. 1. The first time was when we were patiently waiting in line for 25 minutes for my daughters to try on dresses. After waiting in line because there are only 2 dressing rooms, she told us we needed to hurry up once we got in there. We were patient allowing other customers to try on dresses, why now did we have to be rushed. 2. The second time was via phone. Where I called to speak with a manager, she told me a manager by that name did not work there, and she "Could take my number or not?" 3. The third time was via phone, because she refused to exchange my daughters dresses, despite after every dress we liked they told me could be ordered in my daughters size, but then when they tried to order them, the dresses were always discontinued or not available in her size. She became extremely irate with me on the phone, to go as far as using profanity and then hanging up on me. I will never support a store that does not value customer service and is not willing to hear the customer especially after the "manager" is as rude as she is. I will continue to write complaints on all platforms until something is done about the treatment in this store.

We also had trouble leaving without at least one toy bc the toys/books selection was equally outstanding. All in all this is an awesome sale if you need a particular big ticket item (crib bedding sets incl) or need to stock up on clothing. I stopped by the mall today to SEE SANTA, Christmas…read moredecorations, pick up some white elephant surprise presents . I was able to get what I needed at Macy's and the Norman's Hallmark store. I was looking for some nice chocolate and snacks and to see the Clinique counter specials at Macy's. I'm very happy to see Santa. There was only one child in line to see Santa.. I guess there are some Santa traditions that I've just changed so much but for me I'm happy to see it while I'm still kicking. We all got photos. Service was pretty magnificent. There was lots of staff throughout the mall. There were some half off specials too, which were wonderful. I'm a big fan of this historical mall.!!

Decent selection but I took the family here when we visited Sesame Place. It's close by but walking through it felt very empty and the biggest complaint was that it is not well maintained. There were so many trash cans and buckets collecting water from all the leaks in the roof. A lot of the walking paths are blocked by these containers. I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.
