This was one of the most unprofessional, disturbing, and dishonest salon experiences I've ever had…read more-- and I've worked in the salon industry for years. I booked a haircut with Christina for Sunday, October 12th at 12:45 PM. I even confirmed the time twice with the woman who took the appointment over the phone because I live an hour away and needed an afternoon slot. She clearly said 12:45 PM, and I put it in my calendar the moment we hung up. I drove an hour on my only day off to be on time -- only to walk in and be met with attitude, rudeness, and complete blame-shifting. The staff insisted my appointment was at 10:45 AM, claimed I was late, and told me Christina had already left. Then they had the audacity to demand I pay a $170 "no-show" fee even though I ARRIVED at the exact time I was given. They claimed they "called me since 10 AM," yet I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or text. Nothing. Absolutely no attempt to reach me. When I calmly offered to stay and wait, they flat-out refused to accommodate me or even attempt to fix their own scheduling mistake. David and Sierra handled the situation with zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero accountability. As someone who has worked in salons, I can confidently say I have never seen a business treat a client this poorly. Any reputable owner would have apologized and corrected the error -- not doubled down and forced a paying client to cover THEIR mistake. The entire experience felt like a scam. The customer service was horrifying. And the way they speak to people is beyond unacceptable. I will be telling everyone I know in the industry to avoid this salon. If you value your time, money, or basic respect, DO NOT go to David J. Witchell.

The selection of christening outfits was amazing! Joan had a checklist to help you remember things like socks for the special day. What I loved about the store is there is something for everyone. While helping a small business owner, the inventory she keeps is definitely worth the price. The overall experience is unmatched in the attention received by her. What we really liked is that she didn't push anything on us to buy. She showed us different outfits we missed to make sure that what my daughter picked was absolutely the dress she wanted. Joan is incredibly knowledgeable about all of her products. She spent as much time as we needed and didn't let us purchase anything until she absolutely knew she could have the wanted gown in stock in the time frame we gave her. Her Communion dresses were an amazing selection as well. I found myself envisioning my granddaughter in 7 years from now with her very own dress. Thank you for a great experience!

She was kind, considerate, generous with her time, and truly listened to ever single thing I had to say about my daughter and my likes in a dress. After an hour we had secured the most perfect flower girl dress that fit her PERFECTLY! And we have started our Communion path to securing the perfect dress with her as well. I most certainly won't go anywhere else, she is truly a master at her craft and the kind of business woman that you want to support. Look no further than Truly Blessed!

My wife received a gift on Christmas Day and we went to return it and pick out something else from the store the next day - shouldn't be a problem- right? WRONG!!! The woman said "What I'm I to do with this?" I said "Excuse me?" she went on to say that the garment smelled of smoke and asked if the gifter smokes. I said "no" and smelled the piece of crap and then had my wife smell the piece of crap.... no smell whatsoever. We said "we don't smell anything". She then said that the store tag was missing and questioned whether we purchased it there. I said "it still has a four inch manufacturer's tag hanging from it and you can't identify this garment as something you sell here?" She replied "I have seen it at other places and we can't have a return policy like Macy's". I said "we have the bag with your stores name on it and the $60 receipt right there on the counter". She said hesitantly "well I guess I could try to air it out". Conclusion- post this and forget about it !!! My Dachshund now loves it - the smell of crap and smoke doesn't bother her. If I could figure out how to post a picture of how content she is with it I would. The Dachshund told me to be generous and she is quite happy........ so....... ONE STAR It is!
