My BF had been treated there in the past by Dr. Maroney and recommended them. Parking is easy since they have their own lot on the side for the building. Check-in was fast and friendly and easy. I saw Dr. Lindsay (McDonald). There was no wait to see her. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She did a visual inspection first and we discussed my symptoms. Then she did some physical adjustments and gave me some take home exercises. Overall it was a very comfortable and low-key experience. It was low pressure and I expect to be relieved of my current issue fairly quickly. They also offer massage and other therapies that I hope to try in the future.

I'd previously seen Dr. Hannah and Dr. Lauren during my first pregnancy for prenatal care, and I have now returned for my second pregnancy. Admittedly, I probably waited too long because I was feeling a fair bit of discomfort in my low back (mostly sacrum and pelvis areas). Within my first adjustment I felt like a completely new person! Phew. So glad I'm back for regular care throughout the remainder of this pregnancy. Also very appreciative of Dr. Hannah's time going through my scans with me, and helping me understand where I have my issues, how they relate to my everyday life, and how she uses the Webster technique to combat the issues. What I love too is their focus on overall wellness, and dedication to educating their patients. As I've learned from them, the vagus nerve is a switch board to your whole body, and if things are misaligned and not functioning properly, it can lead to a whole host of issues. I had to prepay for Spinal decompression treatment & it was very expensive. Dr Kerwin is a good salesman, but proved to be poor Dr in my experience. He was present at 2 out of the 16 appointments. He left my service to younger girl in the office. He indicated to me after not getting any relief that he would adjust me every Monday. Did not happen! He did that just the 2 times. His wife, Gena had indicated to my wife that Dr Kerwin would call me to talk about concerns. Never happened! Again, this treatment plan was very expensive & to this day I am owed $1,200 on service not used. In my opinion, I would strongly suggest not using Dr Kerwin for neck pain relief. Quality of care was definitely highly, highly underwhelming.
