Whether it was scheduling an appointment, checking in for an appointment, or calling with questions about insurance and billing, Lydia knows it all. She is cheery/upbeat/patient and, most important, knowledgeable. If Lydia doesn't have an immediate answer ... which didn't happen often ... she will get it and promptly get back to you. When having to deal with doctor's, it's always nice to have someone you have confidence in as a liaison and Lydia is definitely that person!

I was amazed by his knowledge and his caring manner! His staff is top notch. Nurses were wonderful! Any question or concerns were addressed completely for me. I had hammertoes also. We did the surgery on both feet, a day apart. Yes, there is some pain afterward, but I was kept very comfortable. Follow-ups were great too. My surgery was 5 months ago and I am so very pleased. I can walk barefoot and I hadn't done that for years. So, I sincerely highly recommend Dr. McCartan for your foot problems. He is "gifted" and I Thank him with all my heart!

Dr. Pauers staff managed to talk me off the proverbial ledge and got me in within a weeks time. It was the best appointment I've ever had. I was seeing another practitioner in Racine. I felt like this practice was a cafeteria without any personalized or special attention, and that I was simply a number. I don't feel this way with Dr. Pauers. Dr. Pauers took a long time to explain my condition at our first meeting. He didn't candy coat what was happening, yet he gave me hope that he could help me. Six months later, he has given me orthotics, cortisone shots and great stretching exercises to do. I love going to see him because he is such a wonderful Dr. Anyone who needs a podiatrist should look no further; he is exceptional.

I had the best, Dr. Coran and his team. I spent 3 days under there care and I can't sat one negative thing about MOSH. The medical floor is separate from the orthopedic floor and not run the same way. All the nurses on the orthopedic floor are great. Also, you get a menu and can order each meal in a two hour gap and they bring it to you. Dr. Coran is a spinal specialist. He has done all three of the areas of my back with the last in January 25, He took it apart and put it back stabilized so I can continue to do normal things and play tennis. Sometimes, I only need to see Tracy, Dr. Bamrah's assistant, and she is awesome. I have undergone carpal tunnel release surgery, as well as having an overly sensitive nerve tacked in place at my elbow, and I have had torn cartilage removed from my knee. Appointments are fairly easy to get here, with, IMHO, pretty short wait times. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 6 weeks (and that was a one-off) to get in here, versus MONTHS for the dentist or a GP. Surgery is always scheduled very quickly from your appointment, and depending on what you are having done, may be performed here in the clinic downstairs, or a nearby hospital. I've done both. The parking lot is decently sized, or there is street parking. If you're looking for a doctor who will actually listen to you AND help you, this is the place. I know other people who are patients of some of the other doctors, and they like the place as well. This location is just off 27th street on Rawson, but there is another location on the corner of 108th (Mayfair Rd.) and Burleigh, if that works better for you. 29/2024
