I mentioned an extra doing an step mentioned at my previous visit and was told we wouldn't have time today as they were running 20 minutes behind. I then asked why there were behind as they are usually on time and was told it was me. I said absolutely not, I've been waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby. The response was a half hearted apology and admitting they did not know I was left waiting. I will not be back.

I completely regret trusting Advent with my sinus issues. The initial visit was informative and…read morethey assured me that my deviated septum wasn't the main cause of my sinus issues and that a balloonoplasty and turbinate reduction would provide me relief. I also have a cyst in my maxillary sinus that was touched on in the appointment, but wasn't taken care of during the procedure. After the procedure, I had multiple cleaning appointments, all with different ENTs. None of them seemed to be on the same page with aftercare and concerns. I even had one ENT administer numbing spray and then leave the room after. I had a reaction to it and passed out alone in the treatment room. When she found me, she said it could happen sometimes. why leave me alone then? Anyways, each cleaning I insisted symptoms were not improving and they kept telling me keep giving it time. So i did, following aftercare thoroughly. When I had my last visit, I still didn't feel better even though I was supposed to be fully healed by then. I requested another CT scan to see if there was improvement from the procedure but they denied my request and told me to wait another 6 weeks to make sure everything was healed. Mind you, I was told I was healing on time and everything looked great. I seeked out a second opinion because I was tired of not being heard. Within one appointment with the new ENT i saw, she identified scar rings from the turbinate reduction that scarred onto my cartilage, creating an obstruction. She also said there's no way I could remove the cyst without fixing my septum diviation which is more serious than it was made out to be by Advent. So now I have to get a septoplasty, turbinate reduction to fix the scarring, fix my concha bullosa, and remove the cyst that has now taken over my entire sinus cavity. I wonder why none of the ENTs I saw at Advent after my procedure never mentioned seeing any of the scarring in my nose. I felt so dismissed throughout my time working with Advent. I'm so disappointed. They will not recieve a payment from me until this is sorted out. The images I shared are findings from a CT i got after everything i had done with Advent. This is from a different network of ENT.

Several sleep tests and CT scan and a few hundred dollars later I finally got to meet with a doctor for 5 minutes. All to be told this "in house" procedure that takes 15 minutes is not covered by insurance and will be several thousand dollars out of pocket. After getting a second opinion I was told by another ENT that their procedure is to fix chronic sinus infections not snoring and sleeping issues which is not even related to the reason I was a patient to begin with.

I called to start this process as I did not pursue any treatment options with this clinic and they refused to refund me. Front desk staff acted as if they never have heard of this "free consultation". They said that it goes towards the doctors consultation fee if no treatments are purchased. Bottom Line: The initial consultation is not free. Essentially, it costs $100 to sit down with the doctor. Wouldn't go there unless you are ready to commit to treatment otherwise your $100 will just go out the window.

Use South Entrance to access this office. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The NP is really nice. I see Dr Li. She's new to the area but experienced. It's easy to get an appointment with her since she hasn't built up her patient caseload yet. This office runs on time like clockwork. It took several days to get my order for testing into the system (which is long, but I forgive her since she is new and learning the computer system). The NP put the order in for me. So it all worked out. Otherwise, very happy with this clinic.

After experiencing foot pain for months, and having tried many healing options, I went here. After being told that I've done quite a bit already and perhaps need physical therapy (elsewhere) I was given a prescription and sent on my way. What wasn't explained to me was that the "free foot screening" went out the window once Dr Nute wrote a prescription for a pain medication that I didn't need and never filled. BEWARE that this business is not clear about when the free foot screening ends and the "treatment" begins. After sharing this concern with them, I was told to pay the bill or I'll be sent to collections. I guess I learned my lesson... and wanted to share it with others.

In November 2022, Dr. Jesse performed a Mako Robotic assisted Total Knee Replacement. My surgery went fantastic. Later that same day, I was walking with a walker during PT. Dr. Jesse made sure my pain was managed during my recovery. My recovery went so well, I had my other knee replaced 3 1/2 months later! That recovery was even better. On my first meeting with doctor Bauwens I should have listened to my gut that this guy was very none caring and aloof. I had to ask to see the X-ray and he show it to me not on a clear screen but on a print out that wasn't very clear. He didn't explain anything. Very unprofessional! He was quick to have me make an appointment for a robotic cortisone shot in the hip.When he performed the robotic shot I screamed out in excruciating pain and kept yelling it felt like he was going into my muscles. He said nothing and just continued using his unskilled technique on me. when he had finished there was no apology for the pain or stress I had been put through. He just waltzed out of the room. Still very much in pain ,a week later ,I called his office and was told to give it another week and call back which I did. Now I was told to have physical therapy. I had a consultation with a physical therapist and was told by the therapist that I might have inflamed muscles and that I should go to another orthopedic doctor to find out what is going on before she treats me so as to not do anymore harm.Today I'm making that appointment. Today a month later I still have pain in my hip.My experience is that Dr. Bauwems doesn't know his business or have any empathy for his patients . I'd like to call it QUACKERY!!!!
