I reached out via Yelp to this team. They promptly texted back with a phone number to call and get an estimate. My estimator pulled up my address on Google Maps and walked me through all the options. Within 24 hours I had a full estimate in my inbox which was quite reasonable. Our estimate included: LED Lights custom cut to our roofline, installation, extension cords, timer, removal at the end of the season and storage until the next year. The first year cost includes purchasing the lights and install while the second year is about 1/2 the cost for install only. I called to schedule an appointment the Friday before Thanksgiving. I was given a confirmation that lights would be installed by the following Monday which was amazing turnaround given the busy time of year. I paid the $100 deposit by credit card and when I arrived home that's Monday I had beautiful lights on my house. The invoice stuck in my door was for $100 less than the estimate! Whooohoo!! I totally recommend these folks! Of the 4 companies contacted through Yelp for this service, this was the only company to reply in a timely manner. The only other respondent took 2 weeks to reply apologizing because they were so busy but I already had beautiful lights hung!! Love my lights! read more

Last year we used this company and I had asked the workers, who wore no harnesses or safety equipment, what the safety protocols were. One of them told me that the owner didn't concern himself with their safety. On that same day one of the workers, while on a very tall ladder working on our tree, had his ladder fall over while he was on it. I had enough, and called OSHA. They immediately came out and questioned the workers and of course the owner. With no regard for worker safety, and ultimately, the customers liabiltiy since they are working on our property, I felt it was a situation likely to fail. And I don't want to support a business who doesn't treat worker safety as a priority. read more

Had an awesome experience with the Christmas Light Professionals & Jason that did the install. We saw him at a neighbors house installing their lights and went over and asked him for a bid. Jason happily came over and took a look at our house to give us a bid even though it was getting late. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly and when he was here to install, it was a super fast process. The total cost even came out to a little less than the original bid after everything was measured (love that!!). The lights themselves are also larger and nicer than lights some of our neighbors have who used other companies to install. Will definitely recommend them to others! They came and mapped the property, took pictures from various angles, numbered and categorized all the trees, provided valuable recommendations. and sent us an detailed estimate with the map. Once we decided what exactly we wanted, the team was sent and everything was done in one day without us even being there. Very convenient! The company was easy to reach and communicate with. They were polite, answered all questions, and provided valuable recommendations. They decorate trees as well as other structures. They have a good selection of various lights. They are pricey but our property looks so much better now -it is so beautiful, especially with all the snow! My opinion- it was worth every penny! They also provide three year warranty as well as the storage if you take lights down at the end of the season. If you leave them up-no warranty, but the company provides maintenance service for which they charge hourly. Hope this review helps! read more

Call it lazy. Call it the easy way. Call it whatever you want but, having Christmas lights hung by a professional is the only way to go. Service is reasonably priced and the end result is always beautiful. If you're looking for a professional look for your home then this is the place to call. I truly wish there was a way to give a company zero stars... years ago (2016/17) they were amazing. seems each year after that they go further down the toilet. and if you complain or demand to get your moneys worth they eventually won't even come to your house and you just fall off their radar... haha. joke of a "professional" company. save your money!!! you can find much better quality with much higher customer service!! read more

One star is being generous for this company. This review is well overdue but hoping to still help anyone not get the condescending experience I received. Don't waste your money, find someone else. Had some problems with the install and when asked for tweaks to be made the manager tried telling me squirrels must have chewed through my holiday light lines, yes, in January, in a foot of snow. Condescending at best. He made no attempt to remedy the situation. Then tried to claim my lights were old and installed 5 years earlier. He might have been right on that if we weren't in a new house, new address, but he didn't pay attention to those details. My experience with this company at our first house was good, the second experience (this one) weak, all because of the manager. Plenty of other choices. I don't recommend this option. read more

I have been having my lights done with this company for 4 years now and the last 2 years I have not been pleased. It seems every year that the lights they put on and around my porch get less and less. I paid for a certain amount of lights the 1st year and I have been storing them with the company each year but I don't think they are using all the lights that I paid for. Also, this last year they overcharged me from the quote that I received from the receptionist, which has been the same each year. I haven't done anything different or made any changes and when I called several times to discuss a refund, each time I was told that the woman who was in charge of that was working on getting back to me. It's now almost February and I paid for everything back in October. I have received no refund on the overpayment and I never received a call back. They wouldn't give me the woman's name or let me talk with her directly so I have just taken the loss and moved on but I won't be using them again. I have also tried to schedule when they will be taking my lights down but haven't had any luck with that either. I'm the only one in my neighborhood who still has their Christmas lights up. I don't feel that they have been professional with me and I'm very disappointed. read more

An update to my last review - We had a bunch of lights out on our house that this company installed last year. My husband was out of town so he could not take care of it. I call and the owner personally came; walked all over my icy roof and replaced all the bulbs that were out. Great customer service. Very happy with them. read more
