    All of the bs loops you will find yourself in with EVERLIGHTS No Help Customer Service policy!

    SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO WITH ANY OTHER LIGHTING COMPANY. We have had nothing but trouble since the install. Our longest stretch of "no problem service" is 3 months from April 2026 until today July 3rd 2026 and still UNRESOLVED! We currently have no lights thanks to lousy Customer service for the whole Fourth of July week! Sad we can't even celebrate our country's 250th anniversary with our $7,000 lighting system that we've had since November 2024. Customer Service gives you the run around and doesn't call back when they commit to return a call with answers! it is really annoying to spend my money on things that are unnecessary to line somebody else's pockets and get nothing back in return! Customer service means everything to us! After redoing my whole Wi-Fi system to accommodate the Lights, which was several hundred dollars and a few companies coming by to help me figure it all out I am now told by EverLights Customer service people that I must make a new account. Apparently my three year-old account is having some problems. What's up with that?!!! in an attempt to make a new account and or change my password, I'm getting these goofy loops that only allow you to set up your email for their newsletter which I really don't give a darn to receive because I'm going to call another company out to see what they can do about switching out these lights! SAVE YOUR MONEY TAKE A CHANCE ON ANY OTHER COMPANY! We missed any opportunities to receive the perks of providing referrals to our friends because we are embarrassed to say that EVERLIGHTS are too lousy to recommend!

    Absolute don't buy. They don't service there lights. I've been waiting over a month and no scheduled time yet. Very frustrating

Trees are very nicely organized by type, including noble firs, Doug firs, Nordman firs etc. Sizes varied from 5' to 7' or higher. Prices were reasonable, and the fee to pack up the tree was only $3.00 for a 6' tree. All the employees were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had about the trees. It's true that you might find a better price elsewhere, but if it's tough to venture far out and you want to pick up a tree in the area, Frederico's is the way to go

I decided to make it easy and do that again this year because it was such a great experience. I went to a different lot but they didn't have sufficient staff on hand to get the trees off the lot for people when I was there, so I hopped back in my car and googled the next closest place, which ended up being Frederico's lot on State Street. There were a ton of staff available to help all the customers looking around. They offered four different varieties of trees in a range of sizes, all clearly marked with height, type, and price. There was no rush to pick a tree, but everyone was willing to answer questions, and once I picked my tree, they were extremely quick to dismount it from the metal tree holder and load it onto the top of my car while I paid. The owner himself was my cashier, and as we were talking I learned that this is the 29th year they've been open, and they had moved from a previous location back to THIS location, which had been the original spot he opened up. AND it turns out Frederico was where I had such a great experience last year, too! Their selection, pricing, and customer service were all much better than the other place I stopped by first, so I'm very glad I ended up tracking down Frederico again and will make sure I just head straight there next year. (They have two locations this year.)

I decided to order with Timp Valley Floral because although there were only two previous reviews, both were 5 stars and some of the other reviews for local florists were downright scary! I ordered the Sweetest Roses bouquet which start at $178.95. I opted for the premium version which bumped it up to $238.95 which is a significant amount in comparison to most of their other bouquets. The picture on the website did not change when you made the selection from Standard, to Deluxe to Premium which was obviously concerning so I made sure to call and order over the phone. I was very clear to the rep that because the cost is significant, I am hoping that the arrangement is much more grand. It delivered on a Friday and although it is a nice bouquet, it is certainly not what I would have expected for over $260.00. I have attached a picture of the standard version as advertised, what was received which is clearly a different product and how they look today, one week later... mostly all dead. When I spoke to Judy she said a week is actually a good amount of time for them to last. I know they don't last forever but they weren't fresh and starting dying within a couple of days. By the way my kids also got their mom a 15 dollar bouquet of daisies, all of which are still alive and look great... When I called today I expressed that a partial (not full) refund is warranted as I would have easily paid $160 for that bouquet. Per Judy, because I was out of the 72 hour guaranty window, they can only offer a $15 discount which frankly doesn't even cover the sales tax. I should mention that this 72 hour window was not disclosed on the delivery email nor is it shown on their "Our Guarantee" section on their site, snapshot also included. I feel Management could have handled this better. Pretty disappointing.
