The quality of service has really plummeted and the owner is completely erratic and unreasonable. They don't care at all about their customer's experience. Our Christmas lights didn't work for more than half the time they're up and it was quite embarrassing. The owner often blamed us and the rain, always making up excuses for the shotty work.
