Tom called about 10mins. before arriving and was professional from his service van to his greeting. He quickly deduced the problem with our dryer and began getting it ready for repair. He had the new wheel part in his van and after about 2 hours our Dryer was working great again. He noticed our vent hose had a tear so also fixed that and made sure it was secure for venting.
