We received a notice of cancellation from our insurance company due to moss on our roof. We…read moredecided to get the riff cleaned and while we were at it, the gutters and windows as well. We called JNS because they had excellent reviews and Jay responded immediately, and gave a fair quote for the whole job and he was available to do the work within a week. The team arrived on time the day of cleaning, were incredibly courteous, very tidy, and efficient. They took before and after pics of the roof, and the roof looked amazing!!! The next day we realized they had not cleaned the tracks on the windows and there were many smudges and streaks on the largest windows and sliding doors. We contacted Jay and he was again, very responsive, realized he should have asked if we wanted the tracks cleaned because he charges more to do them, but he offered to come back and do them for half the price, and take care of the smeared windows too. They cleaned the tracks relatively well (they're old windows, so we weren't expecting a miracle), but the next morning when the sun shined through those big windows again, we just realized they're not great at cleaning windows. So bottom line, we'll find someone else to clean our windows going forward, but we highly recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning. Note: Our insurance company renewed our policy!
