We were jet lagged and a little gun shy, the Seattle market, as we all know, can be brutal. Dwayne quickly convinced us that if we would let him list our home, instead of the agent that we had an established relationship with, that he would for sure be able to convince the seller to accept our offer on the home we were previewing. Business is business and any help we could get in buying what would become our dream home was worth it. We were all in. Dwayne came over and previewed our home - a 1100 sq ft, triangular, 1 bedroom townhome - it was both unique, beautiful, and completely odd. There were lots of other 1 bedroom units on the market for far less than what we wanted and we knew it could be difficult to sell. Dwayne was smooth throughout the whole process, he calmed our nerves and handled our anxiety with ease. He and his team continuously found ways to save us money and move things towards closing. For example he recommended a Mortgage Broker whom he had worked with before, Seth from Tristar finance. Talking with Seth meant we would need to again break a relationship with our already established lender. It was a good thing we did - he saved us almost 14k. It wasn't all smooth sailing though. During the negotiations to sell our home there was a miss-communication regarding our washer and dryer, which we had no intention of selling. The buyers demanded the washer and dryer be included with the sale. Dwayne ultimately bought us a new washer and dryer because it was the right thing to do. Over all we loved working with Dwayne and his team, they were a breeze to communicate with, easy to work with and absolutely had our best interest in mind
