Lisa and her team are miracle workers! They represented us in the sale of our condo in Renton, WA, which we purchased from my mother in 2001 to facilitate her move to a retirement community. We used the condo as a rental for the next 14 years. We decided to sell it in September, 2015 and contacted Lisa's office because they had handled the sale when we originally purchased the property. Since we live in California, we feared that selling the property would be a complex matter requiring multiple trips to Renton. Nothing could be further from the truth! Lisa arranged with the renters to see the condo, and advised us that once the renters moved out we would be money ahead to invest in fixing it up before it went on the market. She arranged for a contractor to send us a proposal (which we accepted) to replace flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops; appliances; damaged doors, and to paint the entire unit. She also arranged to replace a bay windowpane that was fogged. The tenants couldn't be out until January 3, 2016, so the contractor started work on January 4 and finished in 2 weeks! Lisa staged the condo with some furnishings and decor, and the Condo was listed for sale on January 22. We received an offer on February 4, and our counteroffer was accepted on February 5 at our target price! I estimate that the remodel increased the sales price by twice the cost of the remodel! Lisa's team helped to expedite settlement through the title company, and Escrow closed on March 11. The proceeds from the sale were transferred to our bank account on March 14. My wife and I could not believe all that Lisa and her team accomplished for us in such a short time in spite of the fact that we live 700 miles away.
