I travel a lot and am always looking for a good cigar bar. This place has a decent selection and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and selection of sodas, snacks and coffee. There are a lot of regulars but they are inviting and friendly. Nice comfy chairs and have a few TVs with various shows in. Laid back atmosphere where you can just chill with a stick and listen to music or whatever on your headphones or have a good conversation. This place is on my way to where I head for work (Kokomo) but have also driven down just to hang out and enjoy a cigar. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Great cigar lounge with a very nice humidor and selection of cigars. There's something for everyone it seems. Cesar, the manager was very nice and knowledgeable and picked out a cigar for me that I've never tried before. The room 101 Johnny Tobaconaught was amazing! What I also enjoyed was how the regulars there made my wife and I feel right at home like we've been there many times before. Stopped in for a quick smoke on my way to an appointment. First time being in this particular store. The humidor is truly exceptional, designed as a cigar box with dovetail corners, very unique look. The selection of cigars was very large. And you will be taken by how much Spanish Cedar they used in building the humidor. My son just turned 18, he's watched me smoke cigars for years and for his birthday wanted to buy his own cigar and smoke it in a cigar lounge. While in Indy for a soccer tournament he searched and found The Cigar Box. We were pleased with the modest humidor, certainly plenty of choices but where The Cigar Box shines is in the atmosphere of the lounge. Relaxing for a couple hours on a Friday afternoon was perfect, the customers were all friendly and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I'd gladly recommend! read more

Great new location in Carmel for a local cigar shop - right by places to grab a bite to eat and a new brewery. Excellent selection of cigars at reasonable prices. I was helped promptly by the employee on duty and he personally showed me specific cigars in my price range and of my preference that I ended up enjoying. The interior of The Cigar Box is also very tasteful, modern, comfortable, and clean. Definitely coming back here again and recommending it to my friends! read more

This seems like a convenient location, being near a brewery and other eateries, and close off the highway. I was staying in Carmel while in town for business, and Cigar Box was only a treble of miles away from my hotel. Nestled in its strip mall locale like a cigar in its mold, the shop is a little too large to be quaint, not so big as to be called cavernous, but roomy enough to lounge in the lounge, with TV. The proprietor was the right mix of friendly and reserved to fit my Midwestern sensibilities, and succinctly directed me to my proffered preference in the walk-in humidor. Good selection of Arturo Fuentes, with my goto Double Chateau in Maduro and Sungrown, with the later wrapper also available on the venerable - but rarer - Royal Salute. There was a generous offering of many other brands in multiple styles, enough so that a gentleperson of good taste would no doubt find a suitable smoke unless they were, in fact, too discerning for their own good. I recommend The Cigar Box: it's a good place to get great cigars. read more

Great Shop. Excellent humidor. Staff is friendly. On my second visit the staff recognized me, introduced himself, great experience. Also very nice spot to smoke. It's close to my office so good to run over at lunch and light up a nice handmade and relax for an hour. Prices are very comparable to big online stores. This will be my go-to shop in Indy.
