The lounge is full of people and conversations. Just the atmosphere to relax in. If you enjoy a quality cigar and you've never been here, then you need to definitely give this place a try. This spot is nice. They have a pretty good selection of liquor although the humidor is pretty small. They do have inside leather chairs and out side seating so that's a plus. The bartender was pleasant enough. I will come back. read more

This place was terrible. Whoever was working (I believe his name was Matt) was rude and condescending from the moment we walked in. I opened a tab, bought four sticks and did not get served a single drink in the two hours we were there. However, the other location was friendly and had great service. This is the best best place in Tulsa to smoke a stick and grab a drink. They have a large selection of smokes and drinks. The setting is comfortable and relaxing. Whenever I come to Tulsa I like dropping by after a day of meetings and enjoying a smoke here. Staff is friendly and all the people I have met there are great. It's always a good time. read more

My cousin and I came here randomly for something to do on a Wednesday night visiting Tulsa. An obvious choice considering neither of us have ever smoked a cigar without help. Elayna the bartender and cigar assistant was awesome, she didn't even kind of look like she was judging us when we said we don't smoke on the regular. She showed us some good beginner cigars- I don't think they actually call them that but it's what she suggested to us. My cousin had a "boulevard tank 7" to drink and I had the lagunitas IPA. We smoked, we chatted, we were the only women in there other than Elayna. We fielded a few stares from what I would consider creepy middle aged men, but otherwise it was a great "let's try a new thing" experience. read more

So, I saw that the last review was sometime ago. CB is a great place to go. The service at the Cherry St location is great. I can't say enough good things in particular about Alex, Jack, and Amanda. The Beer selection is good enough that you'll find something tasty on Draught. The Cigar selection is also very good. My only compliant is with respect to the humidor. It seems as though the maintenance of the environmental systems hasn't been a top priority. There have been a couple malfunctions over the last six months. But all in all, Cigar Box is still my go to bar after I long days work, when I'm in Tulsa. read more

Female manager completely rude and out of line! I've bought cigarettes, Turquoise American Spirit, here pretty much every day for over 3 years. I went to purchase a pack along with a cigar box recently and the guy tried to charge my card, and it wouldn't go through on their end. So I wasn't able to make the purchase. It said "Authorizing" for 4 days. On the 3rd day, I went in to show the manager, a blonde-haired female whose name I cannot remember, and she said it would "fall off" and release the funds by tomorrow. It finally on the 4th day said the money was debited from my account. Fast forward a couple weeks of me never being able to catch the manager to show her my credit card statement and that the $16.00 ended up being debited from my account. This everning, March 30th, 2022, I caught her to show her the debit and get a refund or at least what I was owed, a pack of cigarettes and a cigar box. She scolded me as if I was a child yelling at me saying, "THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM GONNA DO THIS!!!!" To which I responded, "But it wasn't my fault it was your system...." To which she said, "YEAH!! BUT U NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY NEXT TIME YOU COME IN HERE!!!! HE SAID IT WAS AUTHORISED, THEN WOULDNT AUTHORISE, THEN WOULD!! YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS THE NEXT TIME YOU COME IN HERE!!!" Well, there definitely won't be a "next time". I literally live 500 ft. from this business and have loved the convenience of it but I would rather go over a mile to the nearest Quik Trip than to buy ANYTHING from this place again!!! I'm still in shock as to who this woman thinks she is!!!! UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOUR!!! And she's the manager!?!? read more

I absolutely love Cigar Box. This is my favorite location. They have a great selection of cigars, great service, and good drink prices. Sometimes they have live music. This is our go to bar, and it is situated on Cherry Street so when they close (which is unfortunately at 11pm) we can go to White Owl or other bars in this area. The bartender here recommended the signature drink for our wedding, and I will be a regular here for many years to come I hope. read more

The Cigar Box on 15th is one of the best things that has happened to tulsa....I have been to the others but I find that the Cherry street location is filled with 30 something professionals unwinding after high pressure sales day. The humidor is pretty big full of selections and the bar along with the televisions are great. the happy hour 4-7 is pretty nice with a great bartenderdress Micki....she remembers what you drank the last time you where there!! wtf...no one cares in most bars...my place for hanging out and meeting people for after work hours fun...the only thing I really hate is the lack of ventilation and the music...they play a local radio station and that completely sucks...other than that its great to get started there on the way to dinner....or after dinner... read more
