The flowers I ordered were artistically arranged and spectacularly classy -no pun intended. The arrangement she received looks thrown together at best. The hydrangeas aren't even in bloom yet. They're still green. There's no comparison! I'm so disappointed. I paid $119 plus tax and a delivery fee for this arrangement. The bouquet I ordered would have been worth the price, the one sent wasn't worth half that much. I often order from Eastern/Huisman's, but I won't be doing so again. I spoke to a gal at the floral shop and expressed my disappointment. They sent out a new bouquet to replace the one that was poorly done.

I waited to hear from her the following day and she never called. I left 3 message's asking for a call back....nothing!! This was for something special I was doing for a dear friend for a wedding. I know the order was small and I really appreciated that they were willing to get them but that ended quickly for me. If you take an order and make a commitment whether big or small, you need to follow through with it. Buyer beware, very poor service and I will never call them again.
