I had a lot of time constraints and Sherelle was kind enough to call around to stylists who weren't in the shop at the time to see if they could take us. She then called me back to confirm. It turned out that we found another option while we were waiting to hear back from her but I was impressed by her professionalism and accommodating spirit. This is all to lure you in. She talks a good game about how she can get your hair healthy and growing with this "Special" treatment which is expensive by the way. She requires you to get this a couple times a month to get your hair "healthy". This can get very pricey. Also, she is not consistent with her prices. She will quote you a price over the phone and then when you get to the shop the price is much higher. When I came to her, she was pointing out the mistakes that the other hair stylist did to my hair and was saying that my hair was damaged. She said I could trust her and she will get my hair back on the right track. Needless to say, my hair is still the same, it's not growing and I have breakage. Please do not complain to her about not being satisfied with your hair because that's when her true side comes out. She will get an attitude with you and try to blame you for it. She will never own up to her mistakes. She will be nice to you the first couple of times you come to her. After that, she starts slacking and treating you any kind of way. She cancels appointments more than a little bit and don't give you much notice. I never seen a hair stylist that cancels so much. Oh, Beware! She wants Boughie clients with Money. That's all she talks about which is so unprofessional. She treats her clients who she thinks have money better than the others. If you want quality clients, then you need to provide quality service. Don't waste your time and money.
