And she admitted she hadn't done a spiral perm in a long time The perm is ok my real concern is my scalp is still sensitive I have chemical burns on my ear lobs and inside my ears my roots feel weird. I walked into Eden Great Clips at 12:45pm and was told by a haircutter and ex-student of mine that it would be about an hour wait. I asked to be put on their list and that I would be back in less than an hour, and returned TEN MINUTES BEFORE I was told I could be seen. I am not taking issue with the polite young lady I spoke to first - rather, with the rude manager who told me I'd been knocked off the list and then let 3 people, who walked-in after me, get their hair cut first. I walked out when the same woman called a 4th person ahead of me. If Eden NC had an effective Chamber of Commerce, the bar would be higher and such self-destructive 'management' might not happen so often.

I've had great service each time, including once from the area manager, Millie. I appreciate the ability to see estimated wait times on their app, and to check in ahead of time to minimize wait. They also track your recent service in their system for convenience. Receipt coupons, or coupons on Facebook, are also available.
