I walked into Eden Great Clips at 12:45pm and was told by a haircutter and ex-student of mine that it would be about an hour wait. I asked to be put on their list and that I would be back in less than an hour, and returned TEN MINUTES BEFORE I was told I could be seen. I am not taking issue with the polite young lady I spoke to first - rather, with the rude manager who told me I'd been knocked off the list and then let 3 people, who walked-in after me, get their hair cut first. I walked out when the same woman called a 4th person ahead of me. If Eden NC had an effective Chamber of Commerce, the bar would be higher and such self-destructive 'management' might not happen so often.

I've had great service each time, including once from the area manager, Millie. I appreciate the ability to see estimated wait times on their app, and to check in ahead of time to minimize wait.
