Throughout nursing school, I struggled a lot with life situations etc happening but throughout true genuine non AI-generated but human to human interactions with all the lovely patients , I was able to get through it all, like I tell everyone I was not treating the patients it was a true "the patients were treating me" moment . I think through hitting that rock bottom I was truly able to see my love for health care and the I don't care what others say, all the staff and I mean even the ones that I struggled with , helped me with my growth so I want to thank everyone single staff there. Ms.Amy Ms.Marla Mr.dmeza Ms.Ellen Ms.Elsie Ms.hajin Mr.diego but most importantly the 3 that stayed with me and stayed in touch until day I let them know I passed my NCLEX 1st time was Dr.MARCELO MS.ERICKZEN AND MS.GIGI I was in their office studying, stress snacking literally until that last minute of going in for my NCLEX and I still can not believe I passed, YALL I struggled SOOOOO much through my entire journey because THEM ATI QUESTIONS even though I studied my ass out and these 3 really wanted me to pass and I could see their effort really so I would like to thank these 3 , im sorry ms.gigi you're not in the picture you left too early but I love you all and thank you so much for all your efforts and helping me thrpght this journey, and especially MS.erickzen and MS.gigi I wanted to tell you I look up to you two and hope I can be a nurse like you guys and thank you for putting up with me even though we had a rough start LOL you guys are my rock

From the very beginning, Dina from admissions made the process smooth. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process easy. All staff, including Mr. Bernard, the program Director, are welcoming and always willing to help. You can tell they really want students to thrive. If you're considering this school, I highly recommend it!

Dr. Ina played a huge role in my success throughout Terms 3 and 4. She challenged us to do our best, encouraged us to stay disciplined, and provided countless resources to help us succeed. Her passion for teaching is truly inspiring--you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that enthusiasm motivates her students every day. A special thank you as well to Miss Karla for being such a supportive, approachable, and genuinely fun instructor. She created a positive learning environment that made even the most challenging days more manageable. One area where I believe ACC could improve is the clinical rotation assignment process. Students are not given the opportunity to choose their clinical sites, and commute times are often not taken into consideration. For example, some students who live in Pasadena were assigned to Santa Monica, while students who live near Santa Monica are assigned to Pasadena. Even got threatened to be sent to San Gabriel the next time I complained. While I understand that clinical placements depend on site availability and program requirements, a more thoughtful approach that considers students' commuting distances and personal circumstances would help reduce stress and improve the overall learning experience. Overall, I am grateful for the education, support, and experiences I gained throughout the program. Thank you to all the instructors who invested their time, knowledge, and energy into helping us become future nurses.

I am disgusted by their lies and awful things I have heard over the course of my studies. From dismissing hearing and mental conditions as an excuse to the administration staff telling teachers that they have to reach a certain pass rate by either failing students that deserve to go on or passing students that should have failed. I have witnessed clinical instructors teaching students while poking the patient with the same needle more than once which is a huge health violation. They prefer students not with healthcare backgrounds so they don't get called out for their lack of proper education. They promise resources and help to students that need assistance but to the students that reach out, are scolded instead for even working once or twice a week and dismiss their requests for assistance. Their remediation for failing a test is talking to students that are a class ahead of you to tutor you for an hour without bringing up the test or similar questions so all that's left for them to say is to read the book with outdated information that contradicts what we learn online or in person. They leave it up to the students to decide which source to trust which leads to constant mistakes that are never learned. I admit my flaws as a student. I have lived with hearing aids and when they were broken I got no assistance from the school. I will admit I scored 73% and 74% in med surg and pharm (passing grade is 75%). I take accountability for my own actions but my mistake was assuming the school would be responsible enough to do the same. After all their smiles and fronts they put up. Once you are admitted and you're financially tied to them, they don't care about you anymore so unless you have 100k to spare for nursing and no responsibilities as an adult to teach yourself. Avoid this school at all costs.

I called and was transferred to student affairs for more information in regards to their hybrid program. I was on hold for 4 long minutes so they can transfer me back to admissions. So I hung up. I got a call back from a guy who states I. Going to run down the bullet points for you , then you tell me if you have questions. So he's telling me about the Wonderlic, the Days , the Essay and the Program. I asked for more literature sent to my email to compare other schools. He said he didn't have any ,but ran down what I needed to submit to move forward. So I asked him to confirm what he said over the phone to be clear And this was his response. What I did was Opt out because I had gotten 2 messages back to back never blocked him, if this was the case he wouldn't have been able to get through over the phone. His response "like I said " don't sit right . This isn't effective Communication but passive communication and for this I become hesitant to go to him directly. And choose completely another school.
