We needed someone to clean our carpeting in the local library, so we called Jody, since they're literally just down the road from us. The showed up prepared, on time, and got to work. They did a great job and the carpeting is better than new, as it stunk to high heavens when new and didn't smell at all after The Clean Team's visit. The architect for our recent addition was a vindictive little jerk who switched our original choice of high quality carpet with cheap, adhesive backed squares, so that's what The Clean Team had to deal with. They managed to not peel up any of the squares while sucking up the dirt and also advised us when we could put the furniture back in place after it dried. We didn't even have to threaten to rescind their library cards if they didn't do a good job! We'll have 'em back next year. read more

Normally would not expose myself like this, but Jeffery from The Clean Team's job needs to be noted. I honestly was going crazy, as I got athletes foot and could not shake it due to cross contaminating through my carpet. I had set up little mats to walk on all over my apartment and was going crazy from all the fumes of bleach and cleaning materials that I had been using. Then Jeffery came. He calmed me down, was extremely professional, met me where I was at, made whatever suggestions he could from his professional experience, and gave me extra cleaning to help above and beyond what "the job" consisted of. My experience with this rug cleaner could not have been better. I just lucked out- finding them on the internet and needing them to provide a service within a small availability window. Jodi was able to work with a plan to pick up our very old, braided rug as soon as we arrived at a vacation home and agreed to expedite cleaning at their factory so that we could have it back to enjoy while still on vacation. Communication was excellent from the get go. They alerted us to imminent pickup and drop off. Delivery man (sorry, forgot his name) helped us lay the rug on its return. They made a follow up call after delivery made to ascertain our level of satisfaction. I would definitely use again- have to wait until more carpets need cleaning! read more

We had our unsealed stone floor cleaned as well as multiple rugs, carpeting, and even a sofa. They showed up on time and did it all in one day. They even sealed our floor after cleaning. They did an amazing job on everything! It all looks so fresh and clean. We sre very very pleased. We took a chance on the Clean Team because we picked them based on the previous reviews but knew nothing else. We are so glad we chose them! They were so nice and really professional. Even moved all our furniture and put it back almost exactly as it was. Highly recommend! We will for sure call them again! We just used the Clean Team for the second time, and both experiences have been outstanding. The experience starts when you schedule a cleaning. Thorough questions are asked, so that the Team knows what to expect before they arrive. They also confirm the appointment the day before, then I got a text to tell me they were en route. The Team that showed up did a great job, and were very thorough. But it didn't stop there, we got a follow up call the next day, making sure we were satisfied. We had a major renovation due to water damage. The living room was not affected, but the rugs and furniture were coated with dust from the construction. I called the Clean Team. They were responsive and timely as well as professional. The technician, Justin, arrived on schedule, did a complete and thorough cleaning of three couches, a recliner and two area rugs. The results were outstanding. He explained what he was doing, and upon completion the area was pristine. Add to that the fair cost and we are more than satisfied. Carpets look great and if there is a need to work a little more on a bad stain that comes back, they will return and treat it again. The owners, Brian and Jodie, are so pleasant and professional to work with. I had carpets cleaned(including spot treating stains), and 2 leather chairs and 1 leather sofa cleaned with their team. I asked if they could come earlier than booked the day of and Brian accommodated me.
