He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC. I was anxious to get the house on the market and needed things done quickly. Dianne took the time to help me find a carpet that we could afford and was able to have the old carpet removed and the floors totally cleaned up immediately so that the painters could come in right away. When the painters were finished, the carpet was promptly installed and vacuumed so that it looked great. Very heavy rain on the week of July14th never had a problem before…read more Had water damage in the basement with half of it finished and carpeted/ I called late on Tuesday afternoon, got a call back later that night with a promise of a team being dispatched the next morning they were there at 7:30 in the morning setting up dehumidifiers and air movers , ripping out the carpet and let the blowers run for 3 day. Very quick to respond and courteous did the job in a very professional manner. Since this was not covered by insurance (flood) this was out of pocket and it seems to be a very fair price for work provided.

The mold mitigation was expertly handled and every detail of our bathroom reconstruction was well-executed - just to mention a few aspects - painting, insulation, flooring, walls, and wallboard replacement. They did more than put a lot of work into making our bathroom safer. What they gave us was a bathroom which is a massive, beautiful improvement over what we had before. We also found the Cleanway Services staff very professional and pleasant people.
