This man decided to cut the lining of the dress the appropriate length but then the top layer of the actual dress was at least 2 inches shorter!!! So you can see the lining and it looks awful. I should have tried it on before i paid him and left because i would have refused to pay him. It was only 25$ total for both dresses so i thought it was worth it. Now i know better! Terribly unprofessional setting for his business as well since the dressing room for fitting was this tiny closet that was part of his nook. He also did not seem to speak any english but i didnt think that would have been a problem. Biggest mistake ever coming here!!!

I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.

They are usually very busy but it doesn't show with their great customer service. I don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes here either picking up or dropping off. The location is very easy to get to and there is always ample parking right in front. The staff are super helpful when it come to stain removal and pressing recommendations. I've only taken in clothing but I've seen comforters there and other odd items that people would like to have cleaned. Their pricing is good and definitely worth it, as they do great work and it is generally a fast turn around. They offer to have items next day if you request but I've never had the need to have something that fast. Overall, I'm glad this place is easy to get to, with great customer service, and fast turn arounds...now what's the next party I got because I'm sure I'll need to drop things off soon!
