They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself.
