Not only did Reggie and Austin do a great job of removing it, they went above and beyond and figured out that the mold (to our surprise) was coming from a small leak in our roof. Then they painstakingly worked to pinpoint the spot it was leaking from and sealed it up to prevent any more water from coming in. I want to emphasize that this last part was not part of the contract, they could have very easily let me know what the problem was and tell me I needed to hire someone to fix it, but instead they worked so hard to fix it at no extra cost. I also like that they did an air quality test a few days later to show that the mold spores had been eliminated. I can't emphasize how impressed I am with Parsons.
