Don't be fooled -- I tried to stick with them for almost 2 years even after horrible cleanings. About 40% of the time I would completely re-clean my house when they were done. The managers are rude and only offer for another crew to come out while you're left with your place looking dirty. Never a refund even though they did NOT provide the service you paid for. The cleaners shout the entire time (I work from home), don't do anything you ask, and occasionally play super loud music on their phones. Laughable service, zero clue how they are in business. We could not be happier with the service provided. The gals are reliable and do an amazing job in our home. It's like a spring cleaning each time they come. I appreciate the deep clean rotation of areas. Maria and Karla (team 3) are sweet and treat our home with respect. I do not know where they learned their mad vacuuming skills but when they are done the carpet looks like a piece of art and we try very hard to keep it looking that way. Carolina, Celeste, and Mary Team 19 were terrific! They were efficient, thorough, and overall did an amazing job. My husband and I noticed how they cleaned every surface throughout our house and were especially impressed with how spotless our offices were. It is easy to simply walk in, vacuum, and lightly dust the space but we saw how much attention to detail they put when cleaning the surfaces on the desks and and making sure they got all of the dust off from our chairs. Edit to add after comment from company/owner** - this is NOT where two dog kennels were- this is under the television in the living room. A completely different wall that the kennels were NOT on. Your company's attempt to make this cleaning job right was to suggest "someone come and clean the spots that were missed". While I appreciate the gesture, these were not just random spots and we had company for the holidays. NONE of the house was cleaned adequately. -all of the baseboards were still dusty with just the wipe of a finger- do NOT tell me they tried!!! -none of the kitchen cabinets around the island were cleaned -none of the downstairs blinds were dusted Again, Save your money and don't bother with a company that makes lousy excuses for their lazy workers. After packing most of my parents house in Spicewood Texas, I hired the cleaning authority for a deep clean. If they would have done even a standard cleaning job I would give them 3+ stars . Unfortunately they did a horrible job. Simple things tasks like vacuuming and cleaning the tile floors were not done well. Mind you, there are two dogs who also live at the house. However I am talking like moving some cords and vacuuming the hair around them. Whiling the baseboards. *pictures attached* They have a 3 bed 2 bath house. I did not have them clean one of the bedrooms. We paid over 500 dollars to have go back and clean the house ourselves. Save yourself the time and money by not using this company. read more

Appreciate that a team came and corrected the issue with the floors on the third try. Fascinating that the business owner wants to nitpick about the square footage of the home - I said 1100 in my review because that's an accurate reflection of the space the team cleaned (I kept the doors closed on all 5 medium-large sized closets so those did not factor in to the area the cleaners needed to cover). This response seals the deal for me on not using the service again in the future - to publicly imply that the floors in my home were the problem as opposed to the standard the team did or did not feel they needed to meet on a pay-by-the-hour deep clean service is pretty outrageous to me. I don't know why only water was used the first time around, as I never requested that, but if that's something some customers do request and the business is apparently willing to accommodate, I think it goes without saying that those customers aren't using that as some kind of secret code for "I actually don't mind if yall leave my floors dirty" - especially when I said when scheduling the initial clean that the floors were my absolute top priority. I'm appreciative of the team who came back out and actually cleaned the floors. Not so appreciative of this bizarrely passive aggressive response from the business when they were so clearly in the wrong for how they handled the initial clean and the same-day return that didn't fix anything. read more

I've used a variety of cleaning companies and by far this is the best one that has cleaned our home to date. I was working from home that day and popped in and out throughout the day to see how the cleaning was going. The ladies were really nice, professional, came on time and started working right away. The cleaning was really detail oriented and they cleaned the areas that many of the other companies missed - under the bed, window sills, fans and picture frames. I saw the ladies on their knees mopping under the couches and the beds. The products that they used were environmentally friendly as well and the house wasn't left smelling like chemicals.
