I requested a *deep* clean of only a bathroom and a kitchen. Not only dI'd they *not* go through their basic list of cleaning, but they don't clean anything "with a toothbrush" for a "chrome shine", as advertised. They missed literally 40% of what they advertised they'd do. Then, they expected may pay 100% of what they were charging me for a deep clean. Absolutely ridiculous. Deplorable business, through and through. This is how they left my kitchen. I also had to ask one of the professionals to go back and actually mop the bathroom floor, which had *not* been done. read more

I just had my first cleaning done with this company and I could not be more happier. Cleaning the house is now one less thing I have to worry about with my busy schedule. I booked my cleaning online and had no problems with doing so. The only thing I would mention is that upon booking online it says that the living room, kitchen, and dinning areas were included however that information did not make its way to the cleaners as I had to stop them before they left. However, the cleaners were amazing and had no problem completing those areas before leaving. I would have also liked a specific arrival time instead of a general "am" timeframe. Overall, I'm completely satisfied and would use again. read more

I'm very satisfied with my 4-week cleaning schedule and the crew! Shannon M. and Kourtnee do a great job and are bright and cheerful (a little extra touch:) I like the cleaning plan that I have, they do an overall clean every time, but focus extra attention on a select group of tasks that rotate every other time. So some things are deep-cleaned while the whole house is clean overall. This plan really works for me. I'm never disappointed. If I want to give a special instruction, the ladies are happy to accommodate. I like that I can count on a uniform plan, while I still feel like I'm getting a personal touch. read more

We were scheduled for regularly biweekly cleanings. We had a different crew nearly every time. They rushed through the house, banding walls and stairs and did not do any of the deep cleans they were supposed to do. They don't move anything to sweep, mop or dust. After they left we went around and cleaned up after they left fort piles and areas unswept, etc. I would say that the customer service offered each time we complained to correct the issue but after each week, that gets old. read more

The Cleaning Authority is a company using green products and they do a fantastic job cleaning. I've used 2 other companies prior to this one and there is no comparison. Their price was better as well! They have a program that allows the customers to earn reward points with every clean, which leads to discounted cleaning. I highly recommend this company! read more

Meh... I was so pleased at first, but over time their service got worse and worse. Pulling the comforter up over the sheets without making the bed, leaving water marks on the glass coffee table, forgetting to wipe the range hood when it is scheduled... after three times bringing things like this to their attention, I switched to another cleaning service. The price was good, but I would rather pay more and have it done right. read more

they came, they cleaned, my jewelry disappeared. the police were of no help, ''did i see anyone take it?" the cleaner quit and split. the insurance company stalled and the cleaning authority did nothing and hid behind the insurance co. if you hire them i suggest you stay home and follow them around and do an inventory after each visit. they clean fine read more

I love my house after Team 6 has been through, leaving it sparkly clean. Tina works around my dogs - however many are around on a particular day - and although Megan is new to me, my last cleaning was superb. I feel I should also mention Halea and Shawn who have also been part of the team but were not here last week. They always do what's needed - not just what's on the paper so I am comfortable going about my life and letting them get on with it. As Team Lead, Tina makes sure everything is done the way I like and I respect her for taking the time to care about the little things that make the big differences. We've had two cleanings so far, and have been very impressed. The initial home consultation with Brian was smooth and efficient, and he was able to answer all of our questions. The pricing is very reasonable. Our first clean was done by Team 10 (Kourtnee and Amber) and our second clean was done by Team 2 (Deborah, Daniel and Nicole).
