The intake process was easy, but everything after that was a mess. I logged into my scheduled intake appointment and waited over 20 minutes with no provider. When I tried calling multiple times to see if the provider was late, no one answered. I eventually emailed and was told I had canceled my appointment 18 minutes before it started, which is completely untrue. I did not cancel -- I logged in and waited. Instead of calling to figure out what happened, they charged me for a missed appointment. Later I was told "Google canceled it," and now billing has to "review" whether I'll be reimbursed. Unprofessional, stressful, and not acceptable -- especially for a therapy practice.

His input saved my marriage and got me over a number of hurdles in my life. Besides those events, he keeps me on an even keel. I've seen him alone, but he also does couples therapy and interventions with difficult relatives. Besides Mark, I've also heard that there are several other therapists at Wave that do a good job as they are thoroughly vetted before being taken on. I highly recommend Wave Therapy.

I reached out when I felt our son needed someone to talk to about his feelings as he was separated from friends and sports, and overwhelmed with online learning. John was absolutely the best! Since John works with kids, he had a program suited for the pre-teen age group and their emotional needs/communication that didn't feel "childish" to my 10 y/o. After about 2 weeks (1 session a week) , our family dynamic changed for the better. And the next time we saw family, they commented on my son's maturity and communication style being leaps beyond previous encounters.
