She loves her teachers and talks about them all the time. They have an app where they add all updates real time - food, restroom, nap etc. When we were looking for a daycare, we visited several in the area. Primrose is the only one where we felt comfortable leaving our little one. The director, Ms. Anderson is very receptive to feedback and things get corrected right away if there is an issues. She returns calls immediately and truly cares for all her students and their parents. If you are looking for a new daycare, I would highly recommend Primrose on 242, so would my daughter!

Our children have been attending the school for several years and we would recommended the place to anyone we know. Admittedly, we do like that it is small but we know we can't have the secret to ourselves forever. Do your research, schedule a visit, talk with the teachers, and meet the headmaster who is happy to show you around. The emails you speak of were always…read morein response to you stating "maybe we aren't the right place for you" when we brought up a concern. I was naive and felt like I had to make sure you weren't upset with us when I voiced a concern. I felt like I constantly had to reassure you that we appreciate your school because you would write back lengthy emotional emails when we would simply ask about something our child said happened. My husband even called a meeting with you to address this with you last year, and ask you to stop threatening us to leave each time we asked about a concern. Yes we were very happy with the Grove and Ms Claudia and Ms Eddy, until the pattern of failure to address the misbehavior became undeniable and my child was choked in Ms Marisol's class and left with a bruise and scratches. The more that happened and wasn't addressed, the more displeased we became. The first year at the grove was amazing, and MsEddy and Ms Claudia treated our first son with respect and guidance and he loved it. He loved it until the school continued to fail to address this other child containing to hurt and threaten my child's safety. ALL of which were acknowledged by you (once I asked what happened) and then minimized. Maybe your teachers need more support and staff to help supervise the classrooms, which have different spaces and are not open concept. The students cannot all be supervised by 1 teacher while the other one is preparing snack or changing diapers. What I asked of the school before you terminated us, was to evaluate this other child's disruption to the classroom. Our request was to know what actions happen when a child continues to cause bodily harm to another. Your response was that these are norm behaviors of children, which I disagree with completely. It is not normal for the same Child over the course of 1.5 years to touch my child's penis, bite him, push and pull him, grab toys from him daily, and eventually choke him and leave scratches. The word expulsion never came out in any of my emails with the school so before you call my facts libelous, please check yours. Your handbook that states an "open door policy" is not honored by you. In an email in January 2021 after we asked to do a visit to meet Ms Nayely since she was new you stated "Unfortunately, we do not plan to have parent classroom observations. They disrupt the routine and send the message that there is a lack of trust between home and school. Having been here since last year, I assume you are very comfortable with Ms. Eddy's leadership in the Toddler classroom and have full faith in her ability to guide her students and mentor her new assistant. I welcome and appreciate parent feedback, but I feel it is my responsibility to observe the classrooms and make necessary changes based on the information provided." Clearly you don't observe well enough if you cannot take actions to ensure proper supervision of the younger classrooms.

I decided to just sit in the lobby rather than go in the congregation and try to find a seat as it looked full inside. That particular day, before announcing he would be Service Pastor we looked at each other and loved praise and worship. We knew it was our Church. Two years ago Pastor resigned. We were lost and heartbroken. The search for a new Pastor began. There was only one that was wonderful, but we wasn't going leave the beautiful Hill County to move. The one they selected was not a good match for many, including us and we haven't been to worship service for two years. We still attend Sunday School only. Wonderful Sunday School teacher, but not Worship Service. Many of the church has left. I followed him.for two years on the Church at usual to learn he was going to start a new Church in Conroe. We are looking for a permanent place, but have a growing Church now consisting of many of our former members. 5 stars for Sunday School Teacher, 2 to 3 stars for the people who we still see.

The girl who ordered this was wearing a crop top, clearly out of dress code. What is this place? I feel the need to write this because even if I made some bucks, something isn't morally right for a Christian school. Can't tell if it was a teacher or tutor, but ID was 21.

In such an environment, money takes precedence over morality, and the principles of compassion, fairness, and integrity--ideals central to a Christ-centered community--are completely abandoned. At this school, wealth determines worth. Families with financial influence are given preferential treatment, while others are sidelined. Bullying, an issue that demands serious intervention, is often overlooked if the offending family has enough money or influence. This not only fosters a toxic environment for students but also undermines any semblance of justice or accountability. Teachers and staff are equally unsupported, especially when conflicts arise involving wealthy families. Instead of standing by their educators--those who dedicate themselves to shaping young minds--the administration appears to bow to financial power, leaving teachers disheartened and vulnerable. What should be a nurturing educational institution has devolved into a business driven by revenue, not relationships, and certainly not by Christ. The well-being of children, the professional respect of faculty, and the cultivation of a caring community have been sacrificed on the altar of financial gain and branding appeal. TWCA is not just failing in their mission--it is actively harming those it is meant to serve. Education should inspire and uplift, not divide and exploit. Please do your research beyond what their fake advertisement leads you to believe. Good people do not graduate from The Woodlands "Christian" Academy after what these kids are put through and exposed to.
