NY Clock repair was the 3rd shop I bought it too. It took a while for them to give me an estimate and the time table for the repair was 6 weeks. The other shops took longer and could not give me a time frame or an estimate. They did exactly what they said they would. He states that it was not his fault and that I did not know how to wind a clock. His disposition became increasingly less friendly and more accusatory that it was all my fault.
