    Tony repaired my Girard-Perregaux Seahawk.

Tony is a master watchmaker. He's honest, courteous, professional and his fees are reasonable. He did a great job repairing my nearly 60 year old Girard-Perregaux.

Efficient, friendly, great value. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a watch repair! My friend and I walked in at 4pm on a Saturday to have 3 watches fixed, (Michael Kors, Burberry and Movado) and Tony was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in (even though they close at 5pm). We needed 3 batteries and 2 link removals - he told us about 40 minutes and we went back around 45 and he was already done! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and the price was fair- I will absolutely be back for any future needs! If you are in the area and want to support a local business, definitely pay him a visit! I promise you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much, Tony! You have two new customers for life.

Tony was great! He gave a very fair price, was knowledgeable, and incredibly fast! I was very happy with the repair to both my Burberry and Movado watches! I would recommend!

I love collecting Vintage wrist watches .... do U also have a passion for Vintage pieces as I do? There are times my VINTAGE watches need a day in the "SPA" for some much needed and long over due servicing, and the place I bring them over is @ TONY's watch repair ... and have him have a look see as to what needs fixing ... reasonable rates are charged ... if U have hard to come by PARTS for ur piece that U secured urself .... TONY is the man who can help put the pieces back together ... attached photos are some of my pieces TONY has worked on ...

    Thanks Tony!!

My humble "first-time-getting-a-watch-serviced" experience with Tony's Watch Repair started with my dad handing down his old Seiko 6309-7290 to me. Price-wise people may argue that repairing vintage Seiko is not worth your money. Now it may not be a Rolex, an AP, an Omega, or your other luxury swiss-made watch, but the Slim Turtle's design really spoke out to me and more than anything carried with it sentimental value. Not having been in use for a long time, I knew right away that my Slim Turtle needed to be serviced upon inspection. However not just any watch repair shop could service it being that your repairman would need the right skills & knowledge to be able to operate on vintage Seiko. So I did my research and searched up a number of different watch repair locations but could not find one close, available, or affordable enough that would be able to work on my Slim Turtle. That's when I discovered Tony's Watch Repair in Chinatown. I brought in my Slim Turtle and asked for an evaluation and estimate. After opening up the caseback, Tony gave me his verdict: Needed an overhaul and a few other adjustments. But the cost came as a pleasant surprise to me considering what I've heard the cost of overhauls typically run for. After finalizing all the business factors, I was even able to have a friendly conversation with Tony about our passion for watches. He told me that the job would be done in a week, but a few days later he contacted me to tell me that the service was finished! So I came back in and graciously received my Slim Turtle back which was now alive and ticking! In terms of what he had to do: Tony overhauled and cleaned rust off the movement, adjusted the balance wheel, and had fixed a bent hour gear which desynced the hands. This is the end of my story. But to all who are considering, I HIGHLY recommend trusting Tony with your vintage timepiece. He's very friendly and does great work. In today's modern age, Tony's Watch Repair is truly a gem!

Good price and fast service. Got 3 watch batteries changed for 30$ which would have been atleast 45$ at a different Chinatown place

Tony fixed an old quartz watch for a very good price. He's done 2 repairs for me and both have been quick and easy.

He was super quick to replace my watch battery. He only takes cash, which is my only negative. Super nice guy, I will come back.

I happened to be in Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan today, so I ran over to Grand Central Watch to get an estimate. I was really upset because my wife bought me this watch on vacation years ago, so there is a sentimental attachment to it. The owner saw that I was stressed out and she looked at it, turned around, fixed it in about a minute and handed the watch back to me. I was really nervous because I didn't know how much it was going to cost. I asked: "How much is the repair?" She replied, " There is no charge. Just leave me a review on Google." I couldn't believe it. I didn't know there was any place left on earth like that. How could I not leave a review after that? Five stars!!!!!!!
