The Club Buffalo is a fairly average airport lounge. The space is a bit odd and feels cramped. The food options are limited but there was a fridge stocked with drinks which was nice as it seems a lot of lounges no longer have this. The lounge closes at 7pm and after several times at BUF, I finally got to go. The lounge is small but has good amenities. There are 2 unisex bathrooms. I sat at the bar and the bartender did everything from serving drinks, prepping food, cleaning up, taking out the trash. You should tip him even though tip jar isn't even there and nothing was required. Alcoholic drinks were unlimited. I remember many lounges that I went to had limited amount of 2 drinks or so. This lounge doesn't have it. The food is not too high of quality. You get some pasta, salad, some desserts, soup of the day, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and infused water. The Club Buffalo fits my idea of a near-perfect airport lounge. Conveniently located near the gates, this airport lounge never feels too crowded, even on very busy days. I've visited here a few times and each time, I've left happy. You check in with the friendly desk clerk to get access. There's plenty of intimate seating that's great for solo and couple travelers. The lounge has large picture windows that look out over the terminal, so you can have a great view of the airplanes taking off and landing. There are plenty of charging ports and wifi stations, and the seating is very comfortable and clean. The private restrooms are a plus, too. Food-wise, you'll find a small self-serve buffet of various hot items, snacks, and sweets. I really like their mini brownies so if they have a pan of those out, get one! Sometimes I've seen chicken fingers, spinach dip, meatballs, and soup, and there's always a bowl of salty pretzels and tasty candies available. Healthy snacks (like hummus with pita and vegetables, light and bright pasta salad, fresh fruit, and cheese cubes) are available as well. The menu changes often, so you never know what you're going to get. Sodas, bottled water, and booze are free and included. They have hot tea and a great espresso machine, too. There's a handy t.v. screen that tells you the current flight status, so you'll know when it's time to leave and go to your gate. I've never seen any sort of time limit enforced here, making the lounge a great place to hang if your plane is delayed. read more

Lounge is small but the airport is also relatively small. I happened upon the club while walking and exploring the airport and checked that it was on priority pass so I stopped in for a snack (yogurt and eggs for breakfast) and a drink while my friend had coffee. This review is mainly for the service. The worker here this morning did a little bit of everything, cleared tables, made drinks, helped in the food area, stocked alcohol, etc. For 9am in the morning, he was very chipper and singing and did not blink when I ordered two drinks in the span of an hour. He wished everyone a good flight and made small talk happily. He definitely lifted my spirits after having to take 4 trains just to get to the airport this morning! read more

Grateful to have an airport club in Buffalo, and this spot does meet the need. The amenities are okay, but not amazing. The breakfast spread included bagels, muffing, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and parfaits. It was definitely closer to a mid-range hotel continetal breakfast than what I'd expect from a lounge. There was also a coffee machine that could make an espresso based drink. It was flashing an error on my first attempt to make a cappuccino. I notified a staff member and it was fixed for my second attempt 15 mins later. Unfortunately local regulations prohibit alcohol service before 8am. Not the lounge's fault, but c'mon. NYers, please write your local representatives. The space is small and I'd imagine it fills up during the busy times. However, there was a good variety of table spaces and laptop-friendly areas. The bathrooms were unisex, not stalled (single user), and no frills. Very spacious though! Families traveling with small children who hit up this lounge should definitely take advantage! Overall, this is the ONLY lounge option for priority pass people in Buffalo. So, you'll likely choose it no matter what. It gets the job done and is much nicer than being at the gate. read more

It's located right after the security, which was nice. They had a sign that said they were full capacity, so I scanned the QR code and went on the wait list. No later then 10 minutes later, got a message that I can come to the club. The club is small, but hey you can't complain because this small airport has a lounge lol. I also appreciated that they let me in w/o the 3 hour enforcement rule :) The bar, food and some seating area is on the left side of the entrance. To the right side is additional seating and the restroom is in the back. The food offering was decent, nothing too special. On the day I visited, there were little kids that were bit loud. It was crowded on the day I visited, but seemed like things moved smoothly. I did like that they had floor to ceiling window, so you can see the planes on the runway. read more

This is the only lounge at BUF. It gets the job done. Plane watching. Warm food. Nice service. clean spot. When I stopped in they had chicken fajitas and tomato soup plus a salad bar and snacks. Came in an hour before closing at 7pm and quickly got scanned in and found some comfortable seats near power outlets. Fully stocked snacks and drinks. Hot items include queso, soup and rice mix. My favorite is the wasabi peas :-) Smaller Club like in other airports like the new one at Midway. Usually pretty quiet and some spots where you can perhaps have a phone call. Signs state that the WiFi SSID (name) should be TheClubBUF but I only saw "TheClub" on my devices :-) Password is the same "welcometotheclub". Service dogs are allowed and they even have doggy treats by the front :-) read more

First, it's nice to have a lounge in the small Buffalo airport. It's pretty clean and wasn't crowded at 9am on a Friday, but cramped. Pretty good lounge! Definitely on the smaller side but we were able to find seats for a group on a weekend around noon. The espresso machine was out of service, but there was good hot drip coffee. Small but varied food selections - a little salad bar, penne with tomato sauce and cheese (vegetarian), a couple desserts (cookies, a cake cup), a yogurt parfait. There were canned soft drinks and then a separate bar. Plates were cleaned promptly and staff were kind and helpful. After checking in with the QR code on the sign, we did not have that long of a wait. The lounge is small and all of the furniture is very close together. While flying out of Buffalo we stopped in here for a couple of hours to work, relax, and grab a small bite prior to our flight. The bartender in here is really friendly and outgoing. The place was clean and nicely kept up. The lunch food we tried immediately after it was put out at the start of lunchtime and the fajitas were cold - yuck. The tomato bisque was amazing and was piping hot. Overall, it's not a bad place to rest and get work done before a trip. read more

I recently added lounge access to my travel plans and stopped by the lounge. The lounge is easy to spot, just outside or after security. It's airside on the left as you exit. The checkin was seamless and the lady at the front was courteous and seated me right away. The food selection is similar to other lounges except it has a warm dishes for when I went for lunch time. Meatballs were fantastic, but would recommend listing the type of meat/s used. The warm brownies looked good but I did not try them. The bar tender served a mean ass sangria and even though the lounge is small and narrow most of the seats have a good tarmac view while you enjoy your food selection. I was so relieved to exit the TSA security checkpoint and see that there was an airport lounge nearby. Better news, they were open very early in the morning and upon entry, was immediately greeted and had no issues finding a seat. The tables and common areas were very well maintained. The bartender was cordial and the food options they had were fresh and plentiful. I'm assuming that it was dimly lit since it was so early in the morning. As the number of other patrons increased, there was social distancing but no jackassery to report. It was the kind of atmosphere where things were presented in an orderly manner and the visitors kept that standard. It was refreshing that those working there demonstrated that they wanted to be at work and didn't act bothered if you have a request. Access is complimentary if you are a Priority Pass member. Show your boarding pass and membership card (physical or digital) and get ready to unwind. If in the Buffalo airport, I'd definitely frequent this lounge while waiting for my flight. read more

The club has great Wi-Fi, comfortable seats, and great service. I was delayed for several hours and felt very comfortable and not stressed out. It's not a large lounge, but I did not feel cramped. The food was very limited in options and was not changed out often. Some of the options didn't make sense either, for example, there was queso, but no chips. My only major complaint was the flight status board. It was not updating and eventually flights began to disappear that were originally on there and we're still scheduled. Had several hours to spend before our flight, so my wife and I popped into The Club. Bottom line: a delightful experience! Good selections of beverages, both with and without alcohol, snacks, and a heavy hors d'curve type offering. During our stay they had a very nice chicken and veggie stir-fry with rice. The tasty apple cobbler was a nice touch of dessert to end on. We also enjoyed an expertly mixed Gin & Tonic. The staff was very nice and constantly looking for empty plates and glasses, as well as helping direct people. The only reason for 4 stars was the heat. Because the sun sets on that side of the airport, the very large windows (which provide a nice view of the runway) also allow the sun to increase temperature that the AC units cannot keep up with. Wish they could put in some window screens, which would go a long way in making this a bit more pleasant. Oh, and the two bathrooms are nice, big, and clean so that everyone, including families, can use them. One of the best lounge facilities we've been to in the US! read more

Our flight delay being four times longer than the flight itself we found ourselves stuck at BUF for hours. We couldn't have been more grateful to have Priority Pass through our AMEX card that let us in here for free. It's not a big lounge, nor is the food something to write home about, but it is clean, comfortable and well-staffed with kind and competent people. Kudos to the manager, as well. The place is brand new- just opened the first week of October--and it shows, in a good way! Everything is sparkling clean and the employees were super attentive. My husband and I were there for 45-60min before our flight and were asked if we needed anything multiple times! We have never experienced that before. We went in the morning around 8am so I can only speak for the breakfast options but there were scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, yogurt parfaits, granola, and a coffee machine. The seating was plentiful, and the bathrooms were so huge that I took pictures of them. So happy about this new addition. The location is right outside of security too, which makes it very convenient even though the airport is small. read more

I'm from Buffalo and have attended many other Priority Pass Clubs around the US. I usually don't bash anything in WNY....because there is plenty of Buffalo bashing by others. However, I must complain about the Buffalo Airport Club (only club in Buf Airport) as once checked in with the clerk, we were told they would put us on a wait list. The 2 couples ahead of us were quickly accepted into the club with little problem. With that being said.......I feel that we were profiled.....yes, profiled......Go Bills !!!! read more

I've had priority pass for many years. I've also been in many many delta and centurion lounges and other airline lounges. It's the only way to travel! First let me say that I am not comparing this lounge to the big brand lounges. It does not strive to be one of those. However, this lounge does excel at what it does. From the time you enter the greeted by. Keyera ( I hope my spelling is correct), and then meet the bartender Derrick, who makes a " mean Old Fashion", you are treated with courtesy, respect and top flight service. The food selection isn't large, but soup, meat, side dishes and dessert are all fresh and hot when it calls to be hot. The cleaners are always there keeping the entire place impeccably clean, and like everybody else, pleasant and attentive. The place is a bit small, but the bathrooms are big, and you do not have to exit the club to use them. There is a flight departure board to check on your flight status. If I were selfish, I would say the place was no good to make sure there is room for me and my party the next time we visit, but that would be selfish and do a disservice to this wonderful little oasis, staffed with employees who are so nice and happy to help you with anything you need. What a pleasant surprise at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. As a Priority Pass member I am now finally able to take advantage of a lounge at my home airport. Upon arrival to the lounge ample seating was available along with a nice selection of snacks, hot and cold beverages. This was a quiet escape from the terminal.
