This lounge doesn't have it. The food is not too high of quality. You get some pasta, salad, some desserts, soup of the day, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and infused water. Overall I had an okay experience. Not over the top but I have nothing to complain.

I've visited here a few times and each time, I've left happy. You check in with the friendly desk clerk to get access. There's plenty of intimate seating that's great for solo and couple travelers. The lounge has large picture windows that look out over the terminal, so you can have a great view of the airplanes taking off and landing. There are plenty of charging ports and wifi stations, and the seating is very comfortable and clean. The private restrooms are a plus, too. Food-wise, you'll find a small self-serve buffet of various hot items, snacks, and sweets. I really like their mini brownies so if they have a pan of those out, get one! Sometimes I've seen chicken fingers, spinach dip, meatballs, and soup, and there's always a bowl of salty pretzels and tasty candies available. Healthy snacks (like hummus with pita and vegetables, light and bright pasta salad, fresh fruit, and cheese cubes) are available as well. The menu changes often, so you never know what you're going to get. Sodas, bottled water, and booze are free and included. They have hot tea and a great espresso machine, too. There's a handy t.v. screen that tells you the current flight status, so you'll know when it's time to leave and go to your gate. I've never seen any sort of time limit enforced here, making the lounge a great place to hang if your plane is delayed.

She told us lots about the property and gave us an excellent lunch recommendation too! Once we got into the room, it was perfectly decorated just like the common areas we saw upon entering. The tile inset on the bathroom floor and shower floor looked amazing! The bedding was great, flat, and comfy too. Ergonomics of the room were also designed for ease and comfort! They also have a Cadillac Escalade that they use to provide free rides to guests... Anywhere in the area within 5 miles, typically running until midnight! We were fortunate to grab a couple of rides with Marty, who was very engaging and helpful! He took us to a work reception nearby and told us to call him when we were ready to be picked up, which we did and he promptly came back to get us! Shower pressure and quickness of the hot water was perfect! TV also worked perfectly! We enjoyed our visit so much that we'd return to the area just to stay at this hotel again! Highly recommend staying here when in the area! I average staying in 1.5 Marriott properties weekly and based on the poor and inconsistent service at many of them, I wish the management here would train the others on how to keep a property beautifully clean (this place has been here 7 years and it looks brand new still!) and how to provide great service!

The harvest salad was the one dish that fell a bit flat for me - roasting the squash could have brought out more depth and sweetness. That said, the entrées were a clear success. She had the bar dialed in and kept the clientele happy and inline. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the morning front desk lady ( sorry!) she was a sweet heart and had a good sense of humor. Lastly, Paul, the GM, he is so proud of his team and so engaged. It was so wonderful to speak with him. Marriott has a gem of a crew at this Aloft. Hold them tight!

Hotel is crisp and clean throughout, rooms are comfortable and we did not notice any cleaning issues. It's not something I would take a star off for, but mainly because it's Buffalo. We were annoyed that the rooms had motion sensing thermostats. Even with the mild weather that we were visiting during, the lack of air circulation while gone always made the room uncomfortable to return to, because it was stuffy. Thankfully, it would be cleared up within 20-30 minutes, but being outside all day and wanting to comfortably relax when you return, it kind of puts a damper on that... and I don't really know what kind of savings it presents. It's easy enough for an AC system to maintain 70 degrees when it barely gets above that outside. Anyhow, thanks to the climate, a minor annoyance. Would stay here again!
