In terms of the experience, this store is on the smaller side so be prepared to wait in line for a bit, esp on busy days. But overall, I thought the staff did a good job of handling the volume. They purposely don't make their drinks until they arrive and are quick to become rude when asked if their drink is ready OR they completely ignore them. . They need to be retrained and reminded it's not ok to treat anyone the way they have. If they are not happy with their job then find another one because customer service doesn't entail being rude or angry at everyone . They were training an employee at one point via the drive thru and the employee asked if they should take the persons phone to submit for Apple Pay and they went on a rant saying "you don't ever touch their phone. You don't know where they've been, what they're into, who they are". Implying what? They are extremely rude and you need to reevaluate who you hire.

Now, we didn't experience any line, however, when we entered target there was a long line. I decided on the peppermint mocha latte hot grande, and my mom got a pumpkin cake that was warmed, as well as other pastries. The barista britany was very nice. We paid via a starbucks gift card. When i got home enjoyed my latte. i always found starbucks to be a bit strong, so it can be a sometimes thing. But overall, enjoyed it.
