This Dunkin is a TRAGEDY. I have no idea why they're still open. They really need to demolish this location. It's truly one of the worst experience I've ever had . The person who is there during the week - not sure of their name but they have braids in a bun and long nails. They are extremely rude to high school students for no reason. They purposely don't make their drinks until they arrive and are quick to become rude when asked if their drink is ready OR they completely ignore them. . They need to be retrained and reminded it's not ok to treat anyone the way they have. If they are not happy with their job then find another one because customer service doesn't entail being rude or angry at everyone . They were training an employee at one point via the drive thru and the employee asked if they should take the persons phone to submit for Apple Pay and they went on a rant saying "you don't ever touch their phone. You don't know where they've been, what they're into, who they are". Implying what? They are extremely rude and you need to reevaluate who you hire. read more

This may be the rudest Dunkin' I've ever been too. Not sure why but maybe service is better at the drive through. We always order our items without bacon and with butter and we have never been charged for butter. Not sure why they wanted to charge us. The place was very dirty and it wasn't busy. Dunkin in Harriman ny - ordered a frozen Carmel crunch coffee, they said we don't have the stuff to make it so I order a strawberry dragonfruit ice tea , my husband orders black coffee. Drive up and pay , he hands us the coffee and then says we don't have the stuff to make the strawberry dragonfruit ice tea. I come here EVERY morning as I head to work since it's right off the expressway. I order an XL coffee, and a bagel with cheese and bacon. The bagels are huge but the first time I ordered I got 2 strips of bacon. What I am saying is they might as well have given me no bacon. The next day I mentioned putting enough bacon and the young girl was so nice and accommodating, agreeing that two slices of bacon for a bagel wasn't enough. Didn't have an issue all week until today. I order my usual and say "please put enough bacon" and am told by a new female Caucasian associate (I have never seen) it'll be an extra $1 and that all DD charge the fee. Did I ask all that? Do I care what other DD do? And DD is a franchise, so not all owners have this "extra charge" instilled. Please educate your employee. Keep the young kids who care more about customer service and fire the idiot that just got hired. UPDATE: 11/5/15 Doors say they open at 6am. Showed up at 7am, doors are locked. I have to drive here from the one in a tiny plaza in monroe with the dollar store as that one in monroe next to the dollar store the women all of them each and every time cant ring up anything proper and give me what i asked for. only the black african manager has to tell them wth I mean. no one speaks english hardly or they are so foreign they dont get it. SO coming to the drive thru in central valley is best. their nice quick understand proper and ring up properly the amount. they are very nice and to me for what I want its worth the extra drive but dam.. it shouldnt be this way to drive all the way over here. read more

I work by the woodbury commons & time to time I come here because I try to give them hope... I was wrong. This place has fuck up so many times it's unbelievable. Last time I order something for my pregnant vegan manger she ask me to get EVERYTHING BAGEL W/CC. By the time I got there I didn't had to wait in line but out of nowhere a line form up behind me. (Which is how every business is during the day) BUT I don't understand how people of 8 got their meal before I did & I got here first. 20 mins later still waiting they all of the sudden forgot about my order then gave me my order. Drive to work late. Gave my manger her good & comes to find out that I got some other shit that has ham cheese, bacon that's not an everything bagel w/cc.... wtf... Never going back again. What is going on at this location?? Today is the second time that the employees chose to close. The sign indicated a "power outage". At least they had a sign this time. Last week they closed at 7AM because the employees couldn't hack it. Two people were incapable of keeping the drive through open because two other people didn't show up for work. Um..where is management? This location is losing so much profit because they have incompetent people. I go here EVERY DAY...and there are only two people who I've seen, capable of running that place. The parking is annoying to have to drive in circles just to leave the place. The drive thru is not always so fast. They have had stale donuts before noon. I've experienced better. Most people only feel compelled to give a place like Dunkin Donuts a review if it was awful. I will do the opposite with this very positive experience here. The customer service was great. The person at the counter gave each customer attention like they were the only person there, even though it was zany for 9:30 AM on a Tuesday. Most of my DD experiences (daily - maybe I should take the time to make my own coffee) are the same; nothing that stands out, but good. This stood out as beyond what I expect. The breakfast sandwich was great with the bagel being soft, the iced coffee (which I order with enough flavoring and additives that it's not really coffee when all is said & done) was blended perfectly. No complaints. And again, the service was great! Left a lasting impression. read more

Actually I give this Dunkin' no stars. I stop here occasionally getting onto the thruway. This morning when I visited there was 3 people working behind the counter. 2 younger boys and 1 older woman. The gentleman that took my order and money I assume was the manager. The way he was bossing the woman around. As I was waiting for my order I heard him say to the woman I'm sorry I yelled at you about the change. He was being so brutal to the poor woman it was embarrassing to be even standing there. What change he was yelling about I'm not sure. I had an order that came to $2.16 I gave him $3.. not hard math. He gives me back 4 quarters a dime a nickel and 4 pennies. I went to this DD to get a simple order-plain bagel with butter and a bottle of water. I ordered via the drive thru, went up to the window, and the cashier took my card without telling me the price and gave me no receipt. He then just gave me a bottle of water and left the window. I waited for 2 minutes and left without my bagel and then he came to the window looking at me as to why I left. I then pulled back around and picked up the bagel. As I was doing this there was an employee "vaping" a type of electronic cigarette practically within the store. I waited 18 minutes for 2 coffees, 3 sandwiches and 1 muffin. Talk about lack of management on a weekend. These kids working there ran around like chicken with their heads off and had no sense of direction. Management should train them better before deciding to be absent. read more

Then be prepared...because once you get to the window your order is going to be wrong. These people can't do a correct order of their life depended on it. With the exception of a few. My boyfriend was at the drive thru this am ordering coffee and had me on blue tooth so I was able to hear the whole interaction and was appalled at the service he received. He told me he was ordering so I just listened. He clearly asked for a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. The clerk asked " hot or iced?" He again stated "iced". She proceeded to ask a second time at which point he spelled out I-C-E-D. She rudely stated that she didn't need the spelling. He told her that since she couldn't hear him he was trying to make it clear. When he arrived at the window he was greeted by a very rude and insulting remark. At that point he asked for a manager to which she stated she was the manager. He told her that I was listening to the whole conversation and was horrified as well. Another clerk remarked he shouldn't be on the phone at the window which is ridiculous since he was interacting with them, not me. Blue tooth is no different then having a passenger. This is a shame since he is the General Manager of a large store nearby and would not tolerate this of his employees or behave this was with customers himself. Horrible read more
