They need to be retrained and reminded it's not ok to treat anyone the way they have. If they are not happy with their job then find another one because customer service doesn't entail being rude or angry at everyone . They were training an employee at one point via the drive thru and the employee asked if they should take the persons phone to submit for Apple Pay and they went on a rant saying "you don't ever touch their phone. You don't know where they've been, what they're into, who they are". Implying what? They are extremely rude and you need to reevaluate who you hire.
