Hannah asked me to send pictures of what was received through Amazon. I did so, and after a few hours and not hearing anything, my wife called. We got the old, "There's multiple stores involved..." "You're not the only customers this has happened to." "We font have any sizes now in that color, or any color in that style (Yet they should available but now at $199.99)" It's a bait and switch. They screwed up on the price, knew that and sent an odd pair of cheaper shows and take less of a hit knowing they would be returned instead of relinquishing the product at the listed price just as South Carolina law dictates. Apparently this has happened to other reviewers here also.

I proceeded with my return and once the refund was issued, they withheld close to $20 for. " handling." I contacted customer service again in an attempt to get the remainder of my refund. Once again, "Elle" told me she was sorry for my experience, but the order was closed out, and there was nothing she could do. If someone orders an item and decides to return it of their own accord, I believe it's reasonable for that person to pay for shipping and handling. However, if someone places an order and the company does not fulfill that order in any way/shape or form, the ethical thing is for the company to offer a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Based on my experience and their unethical practices, I will never do business with this company again. They are essentially trying to make me pay for a product I never received. Completely unethical and disappointing.

Normally the people here are so nice, but this one guy stopped me when I was walking out because the sensor on one of my items tripped the alarm. Anyway, when i pointed out the alarm went off 5 times while I was there he said "Yea but 2 times people were returning stuff." What a shame that this guy treated a loyal customer that way. Instead of checking that first he goes rooting through my bag like I am a criminal. This guy does not deserve his job there! For how expensive the clothing is there he should treat people with respect. Each and every person who set off the sensor should have been stopped, what if they bought something and did not have tags removed or what if they stole something? Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I got exceptional treatment again, in fact better than I have ever gotten. This young man Christian who works there helped me process what I thought was going to be a return. Instead, he found the pants my partner wanted, in her size! This is not the first time I have seen him here, and it is not the first time he has provided great service, but he went above and beyond today.
