We walked in and was greeted by a nice salesman, and told him that we were looking for a couch. He then left us alone and let us look around. At the time wasn't sure entirely what i was looking for but knew i wanted a couch with a chaise, which is the end that is long and someone can recline on. Now, the selections were meh. When my aunt and mom was here in March 2025, there seemed to be more colors like yellow inside this store (as well as other furniture stores), now maybe March is the time to find yellow, but surprised that in SC that there isn't many bright colored couches anywhere. Anyways, we did find a nice grey couch, but some of the grey colors didn't seem to tickle my fancy. seemed too dark or something. also noticed that this seems to have more leather furniture too, which isn't what I was looking for. So we left without buying anything. Personally, except for some of the artwork, some of the things in here aren't really my style. but there's a taste for everyone!

The bag was shipped in nothing more than a poly mailer and it arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted the store owner/manager, Jessica, right away to explain the situation and express how upset I was. Instead of trying to make things right, I was told the item was "final sale" and that I was basically stuck with a damaged bag. She later offered store credit only, which I declined because I expected a refund for an item that arrived damaged due to poor packaging. She told me not to place any future orders because she would not fulfill them. As a customer spending that kind of money, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend ordering from this store based on my experience. Poor packaging, refusal to properly resolve the issue at first, and rude customer service made this a very frustrating transaction. And to top it off, it was a gift with purchase at the time and she would not include the free gift even though I spent $250.

I bought a candy cane flavor (peppermint is my flavor of choice) despite another review that said it had a weird flavor because several other reviews said it was good. I didn't care for it at all, it does have a very off chemical sort of back flavor. I called and the very nice young man said they would remake the juice for me. I'm sure it was mixed correctly but I'm just not a fan of "house juice" flavors mixed flavors on the spot I guess. Wasn't going to drive back thru town since I'm on my way back out of town unless they would have simply refunded my $10. If you have a specific flavor you're accustomed to don't switch on a whim when out of town. $10 lesson learned from me.
