He helped us navigate through our priority list and provided extremely helpful recommendations. His advice kept me from over stressing about all the options and saved me a ton of money. Next was the timeline, they were able to have it installed within 2 weeks. Gus told us exactly what to do to prepare, so there was no guess work. Following his guidance we were completely prepared for when they came to measure as well as when they came to install. On install day, they arrived right when they said they would. They were so fast yet efficient at the same time. They cleaned up behind themselves and answered all of our question. We could not have asked for a better experience. Here are just a few of the issues we experienced with Paradise Granite. Kitchen: Gouged and stained quartz, Quartz for the bar was cut (measured) too short, When the opening was cut for the cooktop, quartz was chipped. Bathrooms: Several gouges in both guest bathroom walls that will need to be repaired and painted, Quartz in master bathroom was two different colors. We were informed that one piece may have sat in the sun thus resulting in the discoloration. Seams throughout the house are very visible, excessive dust left all over our home in hallways, under cabinets in driveway. We removed all of our countertops and plumbing and then had to reinstall our plumbing without countertops because it looked so bad and the installers knew it. I have had my yard grass cut one time, so far, for $60. The person that cut our grass before…read morecharged $50, but he didn't cut all the way to our property line and we never knew how long it could be for him to return to cut the grass again, and, as a result, our yard grass became overgrown. We only have .26 Acres of land, so it is not like I expected him to cut grass in a bigger yard. He also, wasn't receptive to any other yard maintenance, that needed to be done. My husband had open heart surgery in 2023, and that was followed by three strokes, and not being physically able to do any yard work anymore. I used to cut our grass with our riding lawnmower, but I had to go into the hospital for out patient surgery and my discharge, was right after my abdominal surgery, but several days later, I bled out again, so I had to take an ambulance back to the hospital, where I was admitted into ICU twice for extensive repairs and my Surgeon told me that I came really close to dying and put physical restrictions on me, that included the fact that I couldn't do anymore yard work, and I agreed with her, because I could barely walk with my walker. I was taken on the elevator with my best friend pushing me in a wheelchair. So, that is when I decided that we would hire Rad Lawn Solutions out of Elberta. The owner returned my call promptly and cut our grass properly, all the way to our property line. Jonathan, so far, has been great about when he has time on his schedule to cut our grass every two weeks. However, with the 4th of July coming up, he has had to reschedule cutting our grass because so many people have called in, just wanting their grass cut one time, for their 4th of July cook outs. He scheduled our grass to be cut tomorrow, July 1, 2026, which is a little longer than the original schedule. We also have azalea bushes that need to be trimmed and shaped and, where our vegetable garden used to be, a bunch of palm trees have grown and need to be cut down with some of them mostly located in our front yard, needing to be reshaped. Jonathan also agreed to remove all of the debris that he cut, from our property. He told me that the above yard maintenance, would be done after July 4th, and we agreed on the price to complete all of this, which includes the $60 for cutting our grass. Jonathan has been honest and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to him taking care of our yard maintenance for years to come. Take care and be safe.
