Or it could be as simple as people in a capital city in Europe during the tourist season believe that charging more is reasonable. But I guarantee you if I come back here at Christmas, which I may do if I'm not dead, it will probably be the same pricey prices. Now, if I come back after I pass away, the prices might drop, as I will have.
