The staff was helpful and friendly, and they were actively roasting coffee beans when I arrived, which was fun to see and added to the experience. I ordered a chai tea latte, and it was a strong four out of five. The atmosphere and experience of seeing the beans roasted had me setting my expectations higher, for something that might completely knock my socks off. The chai didn't quite reach that level, but it was still very enjoyable. I'm going to give this a strong four stars, mostly because I reserve five stars for the best of the best. While this was really, really good, I have had better. That being said, for a smaller local town, this coffee shop does an amazing job and could easily hold its own against some of the best coffee shops in much larger cities. Eclairs - another staple I've been getting. The filling is delicious AND Jam packed. I only wish they have a chocolate top with vanilla filling option but that's cause it's a nostalgic thing. Smore Tart - I love this but I usually have to share with because the chocolate is so dense. Keylime - another one I always get, just the perfect flavor. Honestly haven't had a bad thing there. Also the customer service person is always as enthusiastic as we are about the goods. There is no place to sit but you can go across the square and get a coffee and have a seat in the old gas station (I've been told the bakery owns that company too)
