They almost always have an amazing sale going on. My biggest problem is how much can fit in my cart! They have toys, they have things for sewing. They have things for painting. They have needle craft. They have decor. They have just about everything that you would want for a craft. Right now they have all their Christmas stuff on 50% off! I got myself an amazing Grinch costume for Halloween. I also found a wonderful toy for my granddaughter for Christmas and I got some beautiful wicker boxes to organize and enhance my office. I also got some beautiful Christmas cards for 50% off. I can't say enough good things about this store. I'm so glad they're here! God is good

Still, superior selection on garment fabrics and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The downside is that there is ALWAYS a line at checkout. He was very unprofessional, he made up this big story and I called him out on it. He's a kook, I'm quite certain he won't give you a fair price especially with the price fluctuations lately. These small coin shops are going to go out of business soon. He needs a job where he doesn't have to talk to anybody.

Take away from this company is they have piss poor communication and resource management skills.

I wanted them shipped to me in their month period.or so I never heard from them until a day before the next show and asked if I should bring your cards. Well duh I sent 3 emails that went unanswered. Upon reception of the cards they didn't thank me for my business just pretty much gave me the cards and talked to another unsuspecting victim. When I opened my cards 25 of them , there was a wrong order form inside of it and I brought it back to them and they seemed like they had no idea why I was upset bc they preach security but they couldnt handle a form of my name and info and they could of given it out to another person they didn't even care. When I got home I quickly looked at the cards and 2 were wrongly labeled. But I also had to work that night so I quickly looked. A few days later I saw two more cards were wrongly labeled making 4/25 wrong. To me that's bad and shows they don't check or double check their labels or works They did offer free shipping and when I asked for a discount bc of the waiting period ( I asked twice within a 3 week period) they said nothing back to me. They still have not thanked me for my business which I feel goes a long ways. I will never use these guys again.

Why did I go to this store again?! I realize the world is TRYING to do away with human cashiers…read more But I normally enjoy HUMAN interaction. And I defiantly support employing the fine people of Round Rock. All of the registers here are now self check out except for one. No-one was helping the customers that were experiencing trouble checking out. The one human at the register should have had a sign that says, "I hate my job" hanging around his neck. I chose "the OTHER" well stocked and FRIENDLY craft store in Round Rock!
