I waited at the front desk for him to adjust my watch links. The jeweler grabbed my watch with no padding or towl under watch and started beating my watch with a hammer against the desk. I was blown away by this. Asked the lady at the front desk. What is going on. He's hitting my watch and scratching it. Along with miss treating my property. When I asked him he said well its a (used) watch and I even treat the Rolexes the same when I work on them. I could not believe it. What he didn't know is I bought this watch and it had one to two light scratches. After he was done I had two to three more present on the watch. The link added has 4 scratches deep. Being he beat it with a small hammer. Next time sir be more respectful of other people property. Every one can't afford something new. By the way he asked befor because he liked it and I told him I got it used and spent 1300.00 on it. No excuses. Sir period. Three stars is me being nice to.
